****PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING BESIDE TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILETS. PROPERTY HAS A SEWER GRINDER THAT GETS BLOCKED WITH ANY OTHER ITEMS EASILY. IF IT GETS CLOGGED OUR PLUMMER CHARGES 600 DOLLARS TO FIX WHICH WE WILL HAVE TO ADD TO THE ACCOMMODATION CHARGE****
Pool Rules:
* Please store outdoor furniture cushions (in container beside the pool) after use at night or if it starts raining to keep them dry and clean. When you arrive you will find all the cushions in the outdoor container.
* Do not use any glass or ceramic glasses or plates, or anything breakable in the pool or pool deck.
* Do not eat in the pool.

We’re known for being super responsive hosts, our goal is always to make sure you’re having an amazing and comfortable stay.
You can reach us 24/7 through text or the Airbnb chat. If it’s late at night, we may be asleep, but rest assured we’ll reply as soon as we wake up. For true emergencies, please don’t hesitate to call us anytime.
Since we usually manage things remotely, you won’t see us around in person. The only exception would be if we need to send someone for a quick repair, and in that case, we’ll always coordinate with you first.

Absolutely would recommend! The property is beautiful, close to the beach, and at night you can hear the ocean. The host Eliska was very responsive with a very smooth check in/out process. We had zero issues while we were there. The loft area was super cute for our grandsons who were 1 year and 8 months old. There are gates at the top and bottom of the stairs to prevent any accidents. There are several beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, beach umbrella, and toys. The game room area was a family favorite at night when we were back at the property too!Would definitely stay again!

Our granddaughter picked. We were Celebrating her 14th Birthday while there. We had a great stay! The home was very clean. We had no problems reaching our host while there. The pool was being treated when we first arrived. We did not use the pool we were at the beaches most of the time. It was wonderful being able to bring our Furry Family Member Coco to stay with us. We stayed from Friday - Monday! We had a great time staying here. There was 5 adults and 5 - 17 and under! There was tons of places to move about the house! OH Plus Coco 3

Beautiful house, well stocked supplies, and a great space for a family of 8. Large dining table accommodated our party comfortably! We especially liked the garage turned game room and loft upstairs which helped entertain kiddos 11 through 17! Short walk to the beach was fine for us…but possibly not for younger kiddos for convenience sake, but nothing a wagon couldn’t fix. Short drive to Publix and just a 15 mins drive to old St Augustine. We liked the quietness of the neighborhood and walked our dog throughout the neighborhood. Note - there was construction of a new house adjacent to the property but it didn’t bother us since we were out during the day and workers didn’t stay late. Owner was very responsive with communication from booking through the end of our stay!

The property was welcoming to pets. The pool is actually a feed trough converted to a wading pool. The oak trees are pollenating, so the patio and outdoor space were impossible to clean or enjoy. Host was responsive. The home was spacious and clean but worn.
