This new construction home is beautifully appointed for your comfort as you enjoy your perfect beach getaway! Comfortable for all family groups with 2 Primary bedrooms on the first floor, with attached bathrooms! Enjoy the sounds of the ocean while drinking some lemonade and cooling off under the fans on the wrap around porch or soak in the brand new hot tub!! Our super close proximity to public beach access (4 minute walk) will ensure you get all the sun and sand your heart desires- perfect for swimming, sunning & surfing. Fishing pier, bait shop, seafood restaurant and public boat ramp just 2 mins away.
NEW Spa/Hot tub under a new pergola for an enchanted evening in the backyard! beach chairs, cart, beach towels, grill, boogie boards - all pull you towards the sun and sand mere steps away! When you come in from the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Sit around the fire pit and enjoy roasted marshmallows with your friends or fire up the grill for some savory food.
There is ample parking to accommodate 4 vehicles and the driveway is plenty long enough for a truck and trailer.
The first floor has TWO spacious King master en-suites: one with dual vanities and soaker tub and one with a stand up shower. The main floor also has a fully stocked kitchen w/ large island, living and dining rooms, a powder room and laundry room. Additional amenities include a piano, stocked pantry and board games.
The second floor has two large bedrooms each with a queen bed and full bunk beds. There is also a spacious hall bathroom with a stand up shower.

This is absolutely the place to stay in Vilano Beach! The house is beautiful and well cared for! The outdoor space can’t be beat. You get a hot tub, fire pit, grill, plenty of seating for relaxing, outdoor dining table, tree swing, and gorgeous foliage. The inside is equally an immaculate and spacious. The rooms were perfect for our group of 12. I hope I have the chance to stay here again. 10/10 is right
