Entry was chaotic. I had received 4 requests for passport info. After the 2nd one I added screenshots, including the message that the info had been successfully sent. When we were walking towards the apartment, I got a message saying that we could not be admitted without submitting our info. I insisted that everything had been submitted, whereupon I was told it was fine and we could enter with codes put into the key app. They did not work. We communicated; new codes were sent. They never worked completely and the host's alternative method had to be used. I never received an apology or an explanation. There was a note inside the apartment saying that if you used extra bedding it would be assumed you had had an overnight visitor and would be charged extra. The pIace was new but cheaply done, with, for example, a badly installed toilet seat and a curtain for the stove that got in your way if you tried to cook. I certainly will not stay there again.
