The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need!

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig im Grundriss und die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Es sieht alles so aus, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt wird. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, ist man doch innerhalb von ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss im Zentrum von Graz. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

Die Umgebung um das Haus wirkt auf den 1. Blick etwas heruntergekommen. Auch das Haus selbst in welchem sich das Apartment befindet war nicht sehr ansprechend. Aber eben, hinter der Fassade fanden wir ein Top-Apartment.

Appartement propre, lumineux, moderne avec les meubles de belle qualité. Belle espace intérieur et petit plus le balcon avec la table et 2 chaises. Lit super confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Parking disponible dans le cours d'immeuble.

The apartment is located in a 60-70s bldg but it is well renovated, modern and comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped.

The admininstration should improve significantly. When arrived to the entrance of the parking following the directions indicated in the Booking.com plarform, we arrived to the wrong location (we could not open the garage door), so we had to call the admin number. He confirmed we were in the wrong location and provided the correct address. When informed on the fact that the address was not correct in booking.com he justified himself by saying that the correct address was indicated in a very long message sent in the booking.com chat 2 days before our staying. How could we know easily that the addresses were not coinciding after a long day and 6 h of driving? Anyhow, when in the apartment, we missed a cot for our baby that we had requested when booked the apartment several months before. When contacted the admin, he mentioned that the apartment was only for adults and they did not have any cot. I clarified that I had requested it through the booking.com chat since the begining and that I had included all the guests adults and children (with ages), to which the admin replied that he had mentioned in his message (sent two days before) that for any matter we should contact him directly. Basically he was not giving any importance to the booking.com chat where we are supposed to communicate. I told him that information was not clear in booking.com (no mention in the apartment info the fact that the it is only for adults), and that it is not our responsibility the lack of information in booking.com and the way how the admin is managing the property in that platfom. In summary, the admin was trying to transfer the responsability of the issues to us as customers, when it is clearly a result of a very poor managing practice. This is for us unacceptable.
