Great location, especially if you need to be near the train station, and the walk into the Old Town is <30 minutes. Good facilities in the apartment. The host, Salja, was very accomodating.
Only small things really: No shower gel provided and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. But nothing major! Be sure to pack ear plugs if it's hot and you want to open the windows, as it can be noisy outside.

Good location, Spar very close, easy parking on the street
Apartment is on top floor, it was very warm, no air conditioning, and the traffic is loud if you leave the windows open - can’t have a good sleep. Many things are broken: shutters missing from living room, shutters cannot be open in the kitchen, bedside lamp wires are broken (safety risk?), fridge lamp is out, bulb is missing from desktop lamp in bedroom, kitchen spotlights not working.
