We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent—just a short and easy walk to Graz’s inner city, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. The property feels new and was very comfortable for our family. The host was very helpful.
The only minor challenge was finding parking in the courtyard, as spaces can be limited. This wasn’t a major issue, but it took a little time on some occasions. One small suggestion: it would be nice if body wash and shampoo were provided. We understand this may be more common in Australia than in Europe, but it would be a thoughtful addition for guests.

Das Appartement ist wirklich genau, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Ausstattung ist top. Sauberkeit hervorragend.
Die Lage ist ausgesprochen schlecht. Bordell gleich um die Ecke, ...wer´s mag. Das Haus ist von außen ausgesprochen ungepflegt, Blick vom Balkon auf den Parklplatz und Hinterhof. Aufzug und Treppenhaus dreckig. Bauarbeiten über Tag in mehreren Appartements.

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und es gab sogar Kaffee
Die Betten sind sehr sehr hart . Die Lage war in dem Viertel nicht sehr wohlfühlend wir waren etwas beängstigt
