it's an apartment of someone who was living there, so it feels like a classic home with nice wooden furnitures. plenty of space, 2 bedrooms, confortable kitchen, near the city center (10-15' on foot). a value for money choice
the private parking is 50 metres nearby, not in the property.

Serdecznie polecam,parking bezpieczny i zamknięty.Pokoje wygodne i duże .Kuchnia z wyposażeniem i bardzo dużą przestrzenią.Cichutko w pokojach i wszędzie blisko do sklepów i centrum Graz.

Lokalizacja blisko Wieży Zegarowej i centrum turystycznego miasta. Parking z zarezerwowanym miejscem dla samochodu w centrum miasta to niewątpliwy duży plus. Fajny lokal dwie sypialnie, kuchnia łazienka i wc osobne. Polecam tym którzy chcą przenocować i zwiedzić trochę miasta Graz.
Wszystko było zgodne z opisem i nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

The flat was clean and had everything you need for a couple days stay.
This flat badly needs renovation. One window in the bedroom can not be closed, so it is quite loud in the evening and during the night. The fridge door also needs to be fixed, the balcony door can't be closed.
