A konyha felszerelt volt, közel volt a városközpont, a fürdőszoba tiszta volt.
Légkondícionáló hiányzott a nagy melegben.

Geräumiges Apartment in guter Lage. Innerhalb von ein paar Gehminuten ist man im Stadtzentrum oder im Ausgehviertel. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe für Selbstversorger. Parkgelegenheiten eher mäßig: Kurzparkzonen vor der Haustüre bzw. öffentliche Garagen in 5-10 Minuten Gehdistanz. Großer Tisch für 4 Leute, ideal für Brett- oder Kartenspiele. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber als es Probleme beim Bezahlvorgang gab. Das Apartment wird den Fotos mehr als gerecht, ist in natura sogar ein bisschen größer.
Übler Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche. Sollte wieder gereinigt werden. Dem nackten Betonboden würde der eine oder andere Teppich gut tun und die Zimmerbeleuchtung sorgt in den Abend- und Nachtstunden maximal für eine sehr gedimmte Stimmung. An einem Freitag Abend (ca. 21:00) hat uns der Nachbar oberkörperfrei zur Ruhe ermahnt weil wir uns kurz über Zimmerlautstärke unterhalten haben (+ Plastiksessel auf Betonboden helfen auch nicht). Am besten kommt man abends nur zum Schlafen ins Apartment...

Εξαιρετικό, κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και δίπλα στο ποτάμι ! πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία !
Συντήρηση και καθαριότητα στα παράθυρα. Επίσης σύνδεση με την TV, μου φάνησκε πολύπλοκη.

The location is very central to Graz, which was nice.
- Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable in the room. - Unable to reliably use Zoom or work remotely from the apartment. - Owner took about 18 hours to respond and the suggested fix did not help. - Bathroom had a noticeable sewer-like odor. - Bed curtains were damaged and would not fully close.
