Nice stay.

it is really comfortable and clean and the location is very good!

The appartment is nice, spacious and super clean

The host is a bit stingy. There’s a note on the door saying that electricity has become more expensive and that it must be saved, and that the underfloor heating (set to the minimum) should be enough. When we entered the apartment, our impression was that it felt colder inside than outside. He suggested turning on the air conditioners, but the system is terrible and the AC units are extremely old. He was very rude, and all of this could have been solved if he hadn’t been trying to save money on electricity. We have never stayed anywhere where hosts expect guests to worry about electricity consumption at the expense of proper heating in the middle of winter! Especially since we were traveling with three children, including a baby!

only the fact that there is a parking plot available, in case you drive a SUV with rooftop box is very tricky to find paid parking in the city

The host FORGOT about our arrival !!! It was an unpleasant surprise to find out, after a long drive, that the apartment wasn't cleaned! We called the host who apologized after he told us that he forgot that we were arriving that night!!!! ,proposed us a discount ( which we didn't received ) and got us to move in his another apartment in the same building...from were we had to move back ( pack again ) the next morning...to the initial apartment that was unfortunate cleaned only on the surface ( no vacuumed floors...). The apartment is renovated ( and if cleaned properly, ok ) but in a social housing block that needs rapid refurbishment. If you don't mind the looks and smell of the common areas or the screaming of the neighbors, then is a acceptable place to stay. ...Unfortunate, even the exit didn't worked...the coin kept falling from the device, we were lucky with a neighbor that had a key for the barrier.
