Nice stay.

it is really comfortable and clean and the location is very good!

only the fact that there is a parking plot available, in case you drive a SUV with rooftop box is very tricky to find paid parking in the city

The host FORGOT about our arrival !!! It was an unpleasant surprise to find out, after a long drive, that the apartment wasn't cleaned! We called the host who apologized after he told us that he forgot that we were arriving that night!!!! ,proposed us a discount ( which we didn't received ) and got us to move in his another apartment in the same building...from were we had to move back ( pack again ) the next morning...to the initial apartment that was unfortunate cleaned only on the surface ( no vacuumed floors...). The apartment is renovated ( and if cleaned properly, ok ) but in a social housing block that needs rapid refurbishment. If you don't mind the looks and smell of the common areas or the screaming of the neighbors, then is a acceptable place to stay. ...Unfortunate, even the exit didn't worked...the coin kept falling from the device, we were lucky with a neighbor that had a key for the barrier.
