Stylish New City Appartement

WOW! What a wonderful stay in Graz, Austria. My husband and I and our two friends stayed in this lovely apartment for the Austrian Grand Prix weekend. First, the location is absolutely perfect- quick 10 min walk to the train station and even quicker walk to “old Graz”. Second, the apartment is beautiful! Everything is clean and so stylish. The bed and pull out couch is super comfy and the bathroom and kitchen are so perfectly stocked! Elke, was the absolute best host- super attentive and friendly. 10/10 recommend staying here for your trip to Graz!

Fully equipped apartment with kitchen, living room and a bedroom. Restroom and bathroom are separated. The apartment is in very good condition and the Elke (host) is very friendly and helpful. The location next to Lendplatz is excellent as there are lots of restaurants & bars there and in Mariahilferstrasse/Mariahilferplatz (5min walk). Windows / balcony are not facing the Keplerstrasse, which is good as there is always lots of traffic. The building has an elevator which is nice to bring the luggage up.

Parking situation is not great - in front of the house is a "blue zone" (2 Euro per h, max 3 h). The offered and included parking was for us too far for daily use. The "green zone" were you can park a full day is approx a 5min walk (but be careful, some ticket-machines still just accept coins! And you need 9 Euro for a 24h ticket). Not the hosts issue, but the neighbors in the building were the apartment is located are not the quietest...
