Op 10 minuten loop afstand van het oude stadscentrum. Ondergrondse parkeergarage beschikbaar.
Erg klein, geen fijne zitplek, behalve een bank in de keuken. Slaapkamer op eerste verdieping, wc beneden, ‘S nachts niet handig.

We had a wonderful stay in Graz. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to the city center and the most famous landmarks. There were also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the area was quiet and peaceful. Andrej was outstanding host - very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He kindly allowed us an earlier check-in and a later release of the parking space, which we really appreciated. Parking was another big advantage, with a spot available directly in the building’s underground garage.
