Spacious 4-bedroom home perfect for families and guests travelling for work. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the City Centre where you will find a huge range of restaurants, bars and shopping. St James Park football ground is 2 minutes away for events. The house is located on a quiet residential street off the main road with private OFF-STREET PARKING and houses up to 6 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, one located on the ground floor, each with a double bed, and 3 with wardrobe space. The master room has a king-size bed with all rooms with bedside tables, lamps and room-darkening curtains.
