The property was very convenient location for our trip and it's easy walking distance to the train station, the arena and the main city centre and bars. The access to the property made us feel very safe and the communication with the owner was prompt. We had a slight issue with a broken blind, however the owner was quick to respond and offer a resolution. The property had all the amenities we needed and despite being near some bars and roads it was really quiet so we slept well.

Location was perfect right next to main city centre. Mostly the flat was clean with all utilities.
The balcony shouldn't be advertised as its not clean nor big enough as one. We booked this on this premise and feel let down by it. It was covered all over with pigeon droppings. Inside the flat there was a cracked patio door, one of the shower doors was completely off with the other shower in the bathroom not working either. There was also an issue with the deposit of £300 which took almost a week to resolve.
