Spacious, nicely decorated apartment in old town, 5 -10 minutes from the lake. We really liked it.

A little bit difficult to unlock the apartment main doors. But the host was very helpful so sort it out.

Montreux was better than expected.

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable, well equipped. Very quiet. Having a separate living room with dining table was great. And the staff are amazing! Julien and Anouk went out of their way to help us locate a package sent from Luzern, and delivered it directly to our door.

A shorter door code would be nice. lol No complaints at all!

A perfect place for a perfect stay

This was ideal for the traveling group combination of adult parents with adult daughter, all of whom had to do some work while on this short leisure trip. We each had our own room, yet we had common space to meet and enjoy each other‘s company. It was in a great location. Close enough to the water to be an easy, walk there; close enough to the hills to be an easy walk to those locations as well.

While not a long walk, it was a tough walk up from the train station for these elderly parents (me) and our suitcases, but that’s on us. The host certainly gave us forewarning! Once there, it was delightful. We do not regret the hike at all.

Paying over $400 per night under this staying condition is definitely not worthwhile.

The host was super attentive but was only communicated via WhatsApp.

The photos online don’t match my expectation at all. I regretted once I arrived. The building is old and smells. I could hear neighbors footstep past midnight. The furnitures are old and I could see stains on sofa. The bedsheets and pillows weren’t comfortable at all as my husband smelled odor of sweat in the pillow. Also, there’s no ac in the building. I couldn’t imagine myself staying in it in a warmer temperature. But overall, I appreciated the host’s responses to my request. Not sure why it has such a high rating online.

Perfect stay!

Very nice guesthouse, we enjoyed staying at Marche'28. The entire house decorated very cosy. The house is near to the train station. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Stylish flat in a cute neighborhood

Such a lovely flat! Decor is fabulous and layout of the flat makes it just perfect for two couples. The beds are super comfy and the host incredibly responsive. Such easy and fast communication. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like is that we only got to stay for one night.

Loved the location, a short walk to lake, restaurants, shopping etc. was spacious, clean and nicely decorated - pictures represent it well.

A fan in the bedrooms would be nice & the kitchen could be slightly better equipped but otherwise absolutely perfect.

Nos hemos sentido en casa, tuvimos problemas con el código el primer día, eran más de las 12 de la noche y nos atendieron la llamada y lo solucionaron. Te ofrecen limpieza diaria. Calentido, muy acogedor, bonito, céntrico . Volvería

Bien para poco tiempo

La ubicación estaba bien cerca del mercado de navidad pero tienes que tener en cuenta que para subir si vas con carro de bebé, debes tener fuerza para subir las cuestas hasta el apartamento.

Una de las noches hubo un fuerte ruido que duró toda la noche y nos impidió dormir bien. Se lo comunicamos al propietario pero no contestó el mensaje ni siquiera pidió disculpas

Kommunikation mit dem reservierten Parkplatz lief etwas schief, da nicht kommuniziert war, dass der Parkplatz eigentlich einen Garagenplatz im Innern gewesen wäre. Vielleicht durch die Übersetzung falsch übersetzt?

Tolle Lage, super eingerichtet, einfacher Check-in , bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage, Zimmer wie auf den Fotos in der Beschreibung

Parkplätze waren keine mehr reservierbar, haben einen in der Nähe gefunden. Ab und zu gab es ein Brummen für ca. 10 Minuten ( keine Ahnung woher? )

Estadia muito agradável e recomendo.

Apartamento com boas áreas e bonita decoração num grande esforço de recuperação de um imóvel muito antigo. Confortável e com um pátio muito charmoso, num enquadramento verdadeiramente histórico.

Foi difícil tomar o duche porque a pressão da água quente era muito reduzida logo um caudal muito pequeno, situação que deverá ser resolvida pelo proprietário (água fria tem boa pressão). Na kitchnette faz falta um forno ou uma torradeira, assim como um jarro ou bule para chá.

Très bel endroit où loger en famille.

Appartement spacieux et tranquille tout en étant proches de tout. J’ai bien aimé la petite terrasse annexée à l’appart pour y voir un apéro.

Le stationnement est un peu difficile pour se stationner mais il est juste à côté. L’appart est situé près du lac Leman mais en hauteur. C’est environ 7 minutes à pied dans une côte plutôt raide.

Gostei do apartamento e da atenção recebida durante nossa estadia.

O apartamento é bem equipado e o banho bom. A funcionária que arruma o apartamento nos recebeu para acomodar nossas malas antes do horário do check-in e foi bastante atenciosa. O anfitrião foi rápido em responder nossas solicitações.

A localização é próxima da estação e do centro da cidade, mas fica em uma subida acentuada o que dificulta o acesso com as malas.
