I dont recommed this hotel

Unfortunately Costas the huy at the reception was extremly rude to us, after he came to me and appóogized and to my partner but it doesnt change the fact that he was extremly rude, and I was carrying 6 months ód baby

It was a bit cold in the rooms, not cleaned well

Location is good

The location is perfect

We couldn’t sleep the entire night because of the constant train noise. The rooms are definitely not soundproof. There were no basic amenities provided not even bottled water. We arrived late at night and asked for water, but we were told to drink from the sink or refill our own bottles, which we didn’t have. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the location is the only thing I genuinely liked. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.

Overall, the hotel’s atmosphere could be improved.

The property was conveniently located at the end of the train station, easily accessible. However, Google Maps shows a longer route. The bathroom was spacious and had good water pressure.

There’s nothing much of Freddie Mercury’s vibe here except for a collection of his photos. The staff was not welcoming when we arrived.

Good for a stopover to explore the city, excellently located, great staff

Great location right on the railway platforms, easy to get to the centre of town. Comfy beds, good shower. It was great to have fridge & kettle in the room too! Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was quite warm but didn't appear to have any temp control (though we didnt actually go ask about this) and left window open so dont know if the soundproofing was good.

The location was ok.

Room was small and bed configuration was crazy. Hardly could navigate. No air conditioning, next to railway line, no porter service, no water in the room, beds uncomfortable.

Good location hotel for travelers using the train

The room was really nice but the soap dispenser inside the shower cubicle was totally empty the 2 nights I stayed there. I drank a cup of tea & the used cup, glasses, spoon & the tea bag were not replaced the 2nd day. Also the power outlets that guests could use were below the desk; therefore, all charged items had to be put on the floor. A bit inconvenience. Breakfast was standard with an egg station. Traveling using the train, the hotel location was excellent, the continuation of platform 1 at the train station.

Interesting and convenient hotel for a one-night stay.

We loved the location, close to the train station and just steps away from the beautiful lakeside promenade and restaurants.

We didn't realize that the hotel could be used directly from platform One at the train station, and ended up having to walk and pull luggage up and down several streets.

Wonderful stay here highly recommend

Lovely hotel ideal place to stay whilst visiting Montreux no disturbance from any noise of the trains. Staff were superb, very attentive and helpful, very accommodating would highly recommend this hotel

Great potential but need to improve things.Than it’ll become much more attractive

Good location, very close to city center.Clean, parking lot available, but costs like everywhere. The property looks new and has nice design. Great view from 5th floor to the lake!

Our room was on 5th floor with a great view to the lake, but from other side, just beside the door , it faces railway station.Some times trains passing through without stopping. Imagine the noise…No power sockets in the bathroom. Breakfast has o lot of options but really need to improve freshness of salads, keep eggs warm and bring bread when it’s finished.

Location right on the train platform . Staff very welcoming when we arrived early offering us a coffee and fruit. We got a treat of a bar of chocolate in our room.?

They said they were near the train station when I emailed but it would have been great if they gave us specific directions. We walked out of station and maps sent us a longer way.

Clean and comfy room in Montreux.

Cool decor, modern, great staff, comfortable bed, clean. We also loved that the hotel was two-minute walk to the train station.

Our room had a few odd inconvenient details like no outlet in the bathroom for hairdrying, and no outlet on one side of the double bed for overnight phone charging. Also it was nice that a small espresso machine and coffee pods were provided, but the quality of the coffee was not good.

Steps from train station. Amazing, clean rooms . Freddie Mercury theme was seen throughout with pictures , towels, dinnerware. Balcony with views of mountains. Wonderful breakfast. STAY HERE when in Montreux!!!

Nice hotel that could be better

Location, modern rooms, big bathroom. Staff were great and very helpful.

Room was small not helped by the bed up against the window. It was warm while we were there however the air conditioning isn’t allowed just now which made sleeping difficult as we couldn’t open the window properly. Room safes did not work and had to be reset by staff and they are not bolted to any surface.

Everything perfect. Polite staff, delicious breakfast (especially grilled sausages and baked tomatoes), large room with separated bathroom and toilet, comfortable beds and chairs, sparkling design of a brand-new hotel. Direct view of the railway station and access to the first platform, but not much bothering noise. One of the best accomodation experiences I ever made.

Central, modern hotel with great prices.

Everything is brand new, clean and comfortable. The quadruple room was super spacious, something you don’t often get in hotels. The staff was super helpful and polite as well.

My only suggestion would be more sofas/nice furniture in the lobby where the reception is as it currently looks more like a restaurant. But that’s just a suggestion, we generally liked everything !

Great hotel, good location, top view

Great location next to the train station (directly from platform 1). Trains are audible but at a very low volume. Very friendly staff. Breakfast better than on the photos, with fresh eggs and a fine variety of sweet and salty foods. In the upper floor, you have a wonderful view over Lac Léman.

A lamp on the balcony would be great.

The Freddie Mercury hotel has it's own characteristic and unique that you won't find in other hotels

It's very comfortable, clean, and the view is amazing. Breakfast is also excellent with various kind of choices. I would defenetely recommend the Freddie Mercury hotel if our family or friends are visiting Montreux
