The cottage is beautiful - thoughtful design, gorgeous light, and attention to details made our stay extremely comfortable (I could live in the cottage!). Strong water pressure in the shower, fully equipped cottage to cook your own meals, comfortable bed and big sofa.
It's up on a hill so if you're not driving, make sure you're ready for the walk up (we are living in the Netherlands and aren't used to any terrain, so it was a bit of a work out for us). It's not far from the city, but it's not that close either. Some days we were back and forth on the bus. So if you need to be in the centre, it's something to consider.
It's Scotland, so it can be a bit damp / chilly. I recommend bringing slippers.

Well appointed with a great kitchen, nice bathroom and a sitting area. Everything you need including washing machine and dryer. Easy bus ride into town.
Nothing!
