Nice and clean apartment, responsive host and safe, central location.
There is no AC inside the apartment but several fans/ventilators kept the temperature comfortable even in August.

Très bien agencé, propre, moderne.
De l’extérieur, l’entrée et les nombreux tags dans la rue pourraient faire « peur » mais rue très calme.

Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine for clothes in the bathroom. The upstairs bed was very comfortable. Living room area was roomy with a good sofa.

L’architecture intérieure , la décoration
La saleté : j’avais lu des appréciations la signalant mais celles-ci dataient de plusieurs mois. Je pensais qu’on y avait remédié mais pas du tout. La deco ne fait pas tout, il y a un minimum de nettoyage à faire et des investissements peu coûteux (aspirateur fonctionnant , balai propre…)
