Location, terrace. Fast communication with host.
No room for our clothes because dirty bedding from previous residents was rolling out of the wardrobe. Zigarette smoke from the terrace of the apartment next door came on the our terrace. There was no guest book.

Great location in the Città alte. Excellent outdoor porch with lovely views. Comfortable bed.
Up 3.5 flights of stairs - no mention of this or we would not have booked. Much smaller than the advertised 742 square feet- 450- maybe. Both coffee maker and water heater did Not work and host did not replace after notification on 1st of3 nights - hard for those who want coffee! Bathroom not very clean.

Fantastic location. Lovely old building. Very quiet. Very close to Carefour supermarket. Lovely terrace. AC good. Bed comfy. Shower power good. BUT....THIS PROPERTY NEEDS SOME TLC, then it could be fantastic!
Previous guests rubbish left in kitchen 😒 No instructions for disposing of rubbish. Several loose tiles outside front door..a real trip hazard. Internet doesn't work. Lots of dust on floors and skirting. Coat rack hanging off wall. Hole in bedroom wall covered with cardboard.Extractor fan above cooker broken. No plug in sink for washing up. No loo cleaner or hand soap. Minimal loo paper and washing up liquid. Mould in shower. Host not very responsive. Overall disappointing 😞 IT COULD BE FANTASTIC...Please sort out these issues for next guests
