Die Lage war hervorragend, die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet, die Agentur vor Ort, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar für Fragen oder bei Problemen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, alles im Preis inbegriffen und bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 4 Tagen, ist sogar ein Reinigungsservice enthalten.
Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr spärlich und das Haus war insgesamt sehr hellhörig, jeder Schritt und jedes Wort in Treppenhaus war in der Wohnung zu hören.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja kauniisti remontoitu/kalustettu. Sijainti täydellinen Bergamon vanhassa kaupungissa, rauhallinen naapurusto. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Henkilökunta järjesti huoneiston läheltä pysäköinnin ja henkilökohtaisesti opastivat pysäköintipaikalle.
