Although it is listed as a "studio", the apartment is comfortable for two people. A big bookcase divides the area containing the bed from the other part of the living area, creating separation. In addition, the sofa bed is comfortable. The great feature of the apartment, however, is a "million-dollar" view out of its two big windows. From high very up, you look out on a green hillside in the distance full of big beautiful houses, with with other elements of the Citta Alta also in sight. The view is good for people watching, as runners and walkers frequent the roads at the base of the apartment's tall building We spent a lot of time gazing out of the windows, with great satisfaction and pleasure. The apartment is not cheap, but the view makes the price worth payingThe downside of the apartment arises if you have a car not small enough to fit into the smaller of the two garages controlled by the owner. The other garage, suitable for a larger car, is EXTREMELY difficult to navigate, being partly blocked by a big rock outcropping. Getting in is not too hard, but getting out requires endless maneuvering. Initially, I was unskilled at the process and scraped our rental car, although the damage will fortunately be covered by my credit card company. The owner wants 20 euros per night for this horrible garage, but reduced the amount to 15 euros after arguing. The price is still too high given the garage's challenges.Despite this issue, we loved our month-long stay.
