Perfect apartment in the middle of the old town

Excellent location in the heart of Bergamo old town. Perfect instructions. The flat was clean and very aesthetic, furnished with basic kitchenware. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. The balcony has a great view.

Not a property thing but parking in Bergamo old town is very tricky. Do NOT try to reach the apartment by car and use the Citta Alta parking house (around 3EUR/hr, maximum daily fee of 30EUR per night) which is 15 minute walk or the parking by the San Vigilio furnicular (3.5EUR/hour, but no maximum daily fee!) which is a 4 minute walk.

Heating wasn’t on when we arrived so the apartment was really cold.

Nice location, but freezing and filthy!

Location was perfect

Tell place wasn't preheated, and even when we arrived and turned the heaters on, they didn't manage to get the temperature ro a normal state. Overall, we spent one of the coldest nights of our lives. The place was also very dirty with a lot of filth on the floors.

Excellent, couldn't ask for a better location.

Easy to get to from the airport with the bus. Nice decor, good kitchen and excellent bathroom. The location is perfect with a view of a pretty square with an abundance of nice restaurants and shops a few metres away. The main sights of Bergamo Alta are within walking distance. The sound isolation excellent, it was very quiet despite the noise on the square.

We have no significant complaints, but it was not immediately apparent which room was ours; a sign on the door would have been helpful. No toilet brush, and there could have been some more clothes in the kitchen. The space near the windows is not well utilised, and the pillows are hard—there are no lights by the bed.

Very comfortable, light filled studio on gorgeous piazza. Everything you need on your doorstep.

I liked the style, the fit out, and the location. It had roomy bathroom with great shower, an excellent kitchen with good sized fridge and washing machine. The fold down bed was quite comfortable though the pillows were not. The balcony was a fabulous surprise. A/C was a bonus.

The additional seating - cinema seating not very practical. A small sofa or 2 chairs with the beanbag would be better.

Gorgeous flat in an exceptional location.

Incredible location - the balcony was so perfect, looking out over one of the nicest squares in Bergamo. Short walking distance to all the sights and shops. Still within the buzz of a square but nice and quiet due to sound proofed windows! Lots of space and very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, it was perfect for a weekend getaway.

As some others have mentioned there is a big lovely kitchen but a few things missing if you are planning on cooking (kitchen roll, tea towels, washing up liquid).

Fantastic stay wonderful apartment perfect position great communication from hosts would stay again

Excellent position lovely square to sit in and eat and had quitea meal in the restaurant the bus stop four and from the airport was literally 45 seconds walk which was fantastic loved sitting on the balcony looking out at night drinking wine it was really hot in the summer when we went June sometimes reaching 33 degreesthank goodness it had air conditioning machines. I think I would’ve died if not.

Pillows were like rocks ,there was no tea towel to dry dishes or washing up liquid didn’t want to use the dishwasher just for the two of us just for a few cups of coffee not that I’m particularly green but it did seem a bit bit of a waste putting a full dishwasher on ,in the shower the hose for the lower part of the body was lovely and powerful unfortunately didn’t quite reach up to the armpits as I am only 5 foot eight not the tallest person there was a showerhead a big round thing above, but as my wife says she didn’t really want to wash her hair every day when having to wash the upperpart of her body,there was a clothes washing machine but nowhere to hang the clothes afterwards if if you wished to use it, we didn’t. if the horse sorted out just a few little things like a longer hose in the shower tea towel washing up liquid and one of the thing advice on where to put the rubbish when the little kitchen bin was full. We had to leave all our bottles in the kitchen in a carrier bag. There did not seem to be a large bin attached to the property. These are only minor things but when you’re on holiday you don’t want to even worry about the minor things. One more thing there was no TV whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing that’s up to the individual.

The wifi kept needing to be reset which wasn't a problem for me but might be for some people. We had to pay 15euro extra to use the sofa bed, which is fine but it would have been good to ask if we needed it in advance.

A pleasureable stay. .. ideal location

Location.. beautiful building.. lovely bathroom and kitchen although we only use the kettle / coffee machine

Only a small issue.. no shower gel or toilet brush.. cold on first night .. heater not working.. quirky seating but in our 60's would prefer a sofa.. that's more comfortable to sit on.. bean bag no use ., for our age😂

Easy self check-in. Great location, spotlessly clean with good facilities, hob, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and fridge/freezer - everything you could need. Loved the quirky design and the old cinema seats sofa, and the only thing missing was a tv so I could sit and watch a movie 😁

Ideal apartment for a one night stopover in Bergamo old town

Location, just a few minutes from the airport bus stop. Right in the heart of the old town with a terrace overlooking a busy piazza. The apartment was perfect for a one night stopover after our holiday, was quite a late booking was lucky to get it.

The location is spectacular as it is in the heart of old town looking over a nice piazza with several small restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and nicely restored. A unique stay.

We missed a few things at the kitchen like a cutting board and a scissor, but that’s about it. Simply perfect.

Correct the issues and this is a little gem of a place!

Great location, nice little apartment that could be a really great place to stay (see dislikes), located near the top of Città Alta - overlooking a quiet square with a couple of nice looking bars / restaurants. We’ve stayed in a few Bergamo locations over the years and this is one of our favorites in Città Alta. The property has some lovely little features: a great spacious bathroom and shower, original wall decoration (partial) and a nice little balcony area. The kitchen is good too, small but has a great oven / hob. There’s no TV, which some will struggle with but was cool for us. Sadly the downsides really impacted our stay but these are easily rectified and I would stay again if these were put right.

1. The Wi-Fi was really poor, at time barely existent. It simply needs a boost, or better coverage as this impacted our onward plans a little and was unable to have calls over Wi-Fi. 2. Bed is dreadfully uncomfortable and the pillows just as bad - both poor and, again, this impacted our stay as we didn’t get a good (or full) nights sleep in the 3 nights of our stay. It left us knackered and aching the next day. Bergamo’s business starts early and we love the sound of the bells but they drag at 7am after a night of little sleep. 3. Kitchen needs a few more utensils, like a knife for chopping/cutting food. Otherwise the kitchen is fine.

Najlepšia poloha akú sme v bergame mali hneď v centre a tri minuty peso zastávka autobusu na letisko . Hneď pri apartmáne obchody reštaurácie aj pamiatky. Ubytovanie čisté krásne priestranné . Dokonca nám posunula pani zlata check out keďže sme leteli večer výborná komunikácia hneď nám odpovedala na otázky a požiadavky.

Všetko bolo super ale chýbali maličkosti ako hubka na riad , utierka a kefa na wc. Ale bola umývačka riadu tak sme využili tu .

Die Lage ist top. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich, den kleinen Balkon haben wir jeden Abend genossen, das Bad ist prima ausgestattet, es ist ruhig, trotz der Gastronomie auf der Piazza.

locale molto accogliente, in posizione super centrale. balcone bellissimo sulla piazza, davvero meraviglioso. la struttura è pulitissima la doccia fornita di prodotti e molto bella, design moderno con richiami storici, meravigliose le poltroncine del vecchio teatro come arredo, ha tuttu i piccoli comfort essenziali. anche aria condizionata e saponetta internet per il wifi.

si parla di dettagli, soggettivi e personali. a nostro parere il letto è un pochino eccessivamente molle, preferiamo materassi più duri e sostenuti. poi essendo io oltre 1.90 di altezza, l'ho trovato un po' corto, ma da un letto a scomparsa, non potevo aspettarmi di più. per il resto tutto molto bello. Ah, unica vera pecca, mancava lo scopino del WC.

Отсутствует отопление и это представляет большую проблему для гостей . Хозяевам стоит предупреждать о том , что в помещении температура до 20 градусов и что стоит привозить с собой тапочки !!!!! . Холодный пол из плитки . У меня не было тапочек, купить их было негде. Все время проживания мне было холодно , я спала в джинсах и двух свитерах . Кондиционер , который мог работать на тепло ревел , как зверь и спать с ним было невозможно . Я выбрала спать в тишине в уличной одежде . Горячая вода в душе могла течь не более 7 -9 минут , затем бойлеру необходимо было нагреваться заново . Все впечатление от потрясающе красивого интерьера и вида из окна было смазано тем , что я не могла согреться все 4 дня .

Brak działającego WiFi . Gospodarz w ciągu całego pobytu nie rozwiązał problemu. Ponadto łóżko jest bardzo krótkie i nie posiada zagłówka. Dla faceta 1,87 albo wystają stopy albo poduszka wypada za łóżko. Pomysł z tym, by nie było zwyczajnej pościeli a zamiast niej kołdra przekładana dwoma prześcieradłami jest również lekko dziwaczny a na pewno zupełnie niepraktyczny.
