Clean, larger than expected, good shower, shutters to block out light in all windows if you want to sleep in. French doors to the balcony do an excellent job of blocking any noise from the piazza. Great location, you can walk anywhere in Citta Alta in 5 minutes. Effortless check in and check out, good communication from the host.
The bedroom windows aren’t quite as sound proof. They overlook an inner courtyard, so it’s not a busy street below, but they do let more noise (church bells, rubbish bins) through in the bedroom than in the main living room. There’s some frosted glass between the bedroom and bathroom. It’s high enough that there’s no risk of seeing anyone using the bathroom, but if someone turns a bathroom light on in the night, the light comes through into the bedroom.

The location is outstanding with a great view of the square from the little balcony. Restaurants and bars aplenty just steps away from the apartment. There are two museums two minutes away by foot.

The location is perfect for a quick visit to Bergamo. It's at the end fo the main street, everything is walking distance. The apartment is bigger than expected, perfect for 3-4 people. I liked the espresso machine, it's a plus!
People with disabilities may find difficult to access. Not our case, however. We did not find anything bad.

Location was perfect
Tell place wasn't preheated, and even when we arrived and turned the heaters on, they didn't manage to get the temperature ro a normal state. Overall, we spent one of the coldest nights of our lives. The place was also very dirty with a lot of filth on the floors.
