The location was easy to find, being right in the center of Città Alta in Bergamo. We got from the airport to the accommodation quickly by bus, and accessing the property was easy, fast, and very efficient since no physical key was needed. We had a great time during our 3-day stay and enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood. It’s a very accessible and clean area, with lovely people and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.

I can’t say there was anything that bothered me... The accommodation met our expectations, and for the price we paid, I can honestly say we got exactly what we wanted and were looking for. The place was clean, spacious enough for two people, and the bed was actually very comfortable. Both the bathroom and the kitchen were well-equipped, having pretty much everything you need for a few days' stay. Lorenzo was extremely communicative; he helped us with tips and information every time we messaged him, responding quickly and with great courtesy.

the check-in process was dreadful - in the narrow alleyways internet was almost impossible, so we couldn't get messages from the host who didn;t meet us or even forewarn us about the process. we waited for 2 hours outside, sitting on our bags, using SMS - he told us he was working until 5pm when we arrived at 3pm, the check-in time. then the electronic key system, also needing internet, was so difficult.
