The location is to die for. The citta alta is a vibrant and beautiful part of Bergamo. Its bars, boutiques, bakeries and ice cream are amazing and the people welcoming.

The description listed aircon...lol..that's funny. Oh and parking..even funnier. The air-conditioning is a small plug in unit that would struggle to keep a phone box cool. I had to book the wife into a hotel that had air-conditioning, as she struggled with the 30* heat in the room. Myself and my boys toughed it out! It really needs 3 of these units for an apartment of that size. Re: parking, ha, thankfully a restauranteur warned me about fines and being towed. So I parked elsewhere.

A great accomodation to experience the Citta Alta. Loved there everything. Even 61 steps were a challenge, however we loved getting up high under the Campanila‘s Bells 🔔. That was a wonderful feeling of living in the heard of Bergamo.

Love the old town location and the apartment's comfortable beds, kitchenette and good wifi.

WARNING! There was no mention of 61 STEPS TO CLIMB to the apartment. I injured my bad knee carrying luggage up to this 4th story room. No elevator, no taxi access in old town, and poor communication on arrival (no idea where unit was located, no towels in the unit, incorrect wifi instructions). I would not stay here again.
