Very Soft mattress, really bad for the back and we didn’t have a good rest. There was not toilet paper. Dirty coffee machine. Blankets had hairs from previous guests.

Enjoy Baden Baden

The apartment is spacious and very clean. Having a garage to park is a bonus Kitchen supplies are adequate All machines washing, dryer and dishwasher are is good working condition The sofa beds are comfortable and spacious -We travelled with our teenage children

It is a good 2.2 km from the old town so a fair walk Very busy road and getting out from the drive felt like we were taking our chances as speed limit on the road is 50 km/h The matteress in the main bedroom is very soft and uncomfortable so much so that I was dreading the nights -The owners need to seriously consider changing the matteresses as this has been raised as a concern on other reviews too.After a day of activities one needs a good night sleep. Both the rooms need to have fans provided for esp as the summers are getting hotter by the year. We were provided with one fan and did ask for another but never recieved a fan/message so we had to purchase a fan.The temperatures were 32/33 C and the accomodation is on the top floor, it would have been very hot nights without it. please be aware the garage is in the basement and the accomodation is on the 2nd floor.There is no lift. Carrying suitcases from the garage to the accomodation is not a joke.

Great value for money only 20 min walking from the old town

The apartment is spacious and well equipped with all needed. The sauna and bathtub are clean and well maintained. The value for money is very very good considering the rest of the prices in the town.The location is convenient, around 15 min walking distance to the Lichtentaler Alee. There is an underground parking place, and also two bus stations 2-3min away from the building.

I recommend to get in touch with the host on the day of arrival. They have mistaken our check in date, and we needed to wait for 2 hours in the evening for the lady to clean the flat.

DECEPCION, el peor alojamiento que he cogido en BOOKING, no se ajusta la valoración a la realidad,

el que tenga plaza de parquin esta muy cómodo como íbamos con coche. La cocina bien equipada, aunque el tostador no funcionaba, se lo dije, dijeron que traerían uno y jamás volvieron a contactar conmigo, por tanto toda la estancia sin poder hacer uso para el desayuno. Esta bien decorado pero realmente la funcionalidad es poca porque la casa tiene muchas cosas por mejorar y que hacen que tu estancia no sea la esperada

varias cosas a mejorar: el colchón de la cama principal es absolutamente inadmisible, muy fino y deformado, te destroza la espalda. El tostador estaba roto, la ducha no tragaba el desagüe, se salía el agua y el baño se mojaba y no se podía secar porque no había fregona. No nos pusieron ni toallas para todos los ocupantes (pagamos las tasas de todos por tanto lo sabían), ni la ropa de cama de los sofás, y ni uno de colchones del sofá, (lo reclame y lo trajeron rápido). La información es inexacta porque pone dos baños y no es del todo así, cogimos el apartamento precisamente por los dos baños ya que éramos 5 personas, y lo que hay es un retrete con lavabo y un baño con ducha y bañera y lavado pero sin retrete, por tanto, es un baño dividido en dos partes a la hora de usarlo. El ascensor no funciona y no lo hace desde hace mil, pero de haberlo hecho tampoco vale porque no llega a la planta tercera que es donde esta el apartamento, por tanto, hay que subir a pie 3 pisos con las dificultades que ello conlleva si llevas niños o personas mayores. La comunicación con los anfitriones no muy fluida, el sábado cuando reclamé lo del tostador para poder desayunar ni me contestaron y tuve que insistirles al final del día, para que me contestaran. Dijeron que traerían uno pero jamás lo hicieron, ni me volvieron a contestar. Esto dificulta mucho el poder desayunar ya que no estaba cerca de nada para poder hacerlo, solo una pequeña tienda con poco horario y poco producto. Respecto a la ubicación es buena si vas en coche y estas allí de paso, pero esta bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad como para ir andando y en el centro hay poco sitio para aparcar y si lo hay es caro. Por tanto, tened esto en cuenta. Es la primera vez que me he equivoado al reservar en BOOKING, siempre que lo he hecho he cogido con valoraciones de 8 o superiores y siempre han sido fieles los comentarios y la valoración a lo que he encontrado, pero lamentablemente en este caso no se ajusta al 8.2 que tiene

Waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch nochmal buchen.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war prima und so wie beschrieben. Zudem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kompliment! Die Lage ist gut und sofern man gut zu Fuß ist, kommt man in 20-30 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Tiefgarage war gut, wenn auch für große Autos ein wenig eng.

Kein Balkon, aber das ist ja bekannt und keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit vorm Haus.

Alles in Allem war es sehr schön, wir hoffen, dass die nächsten Gäste eine warme Wohnung haben.

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung,sehr geräumige Wohnung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Es ist eine gute Lage,man ist recht schnell in der Lichtenthaler Allee und in der Innenstadt.Sehr schön ist der französische Laden mit köstlichen Backwaren ein kleines Stück oberhalb der Ferienwohnung,was für ein gutes Frühstück natürlich ein Traum ist.

Leider hat die Heizung nicht so gut funktioniert, Bad und Wohnzimmer waren kühl und die Fußböden waren sehr kalt.Der Fahrstuhl war auch nicht funktionstüchtig.Da die Wohnung im obersten Stock ist, darf man kein Problem mit dem Treppenhaus haben.

Muy buen emplazamiento, garaje incluido muy muy cómodo de utilizar. El equipamiento de la casa muy completo y bueno, excepto la cama

El ascensor no funcionaba y nadie nos avisó previamente. La cama de matrimonio incomodísimas y las almohadas inexistentes, parecían cojines viejos. Tiene algunos detalles premium pero luego falla en cosas muy básicas.

Purtroppo le informazioni che mi mandava l'host erano tutte in tedesco nonostante scrivessi che non lo parlavo e nonostante nella descrizione l'inglese fosse una delle lingue parlate. Ai miei messaggi non rispondeva, per sapere a che ora potevo fare il check in ho dovuto chiamarla al telefono e durante la chiamata mi ha anche detto di aver visto il mio messaggio. l'ascensore era rotto e non si è minimamente preoccupata di dircelo, in 3 giorni non è stato aggiustato quindi forse è lì per bellezza. Manca l'aria condizionata e faceva molto caldo, di notte se si aprivano le finestre si riempiva di insetti.

Un apartamento ideal!

El apartamento es maravilloso! Está reformado, te hace sentir como en casa, limpio, ordenado. Todo funcionaba genial, había de todo. El anfitrión te lo explica todo genial para que no tengas ningún problema en encontrar el apartamento. Cuenta con plaza de garaje. Nos encantó.

Lo único que puedo decir malo es la distancia del apartamento al centro, que era casi de media hora andando.

Tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht, sehr bequeme Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer, alles mit liebe eingerichtet.

Alles ist wunderbar gewesen, nur den Abfluss bei dem Toilettenwaschbecken sollte man unter die Lupe nehmen, es müffelt etwas.
