Pleasant stay in well equipped apartment in peaceful neighbourhood

Spatious, clean apartment, has all what is needed for pleasant stay. Equipped with microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and it even has a small stove so you can cook lunch if needed. If you stay for longer, it has washing machine, iron and ironing board, which is a plus. It is located near city center, all in walking distance, but still in peaceful part of town. Two grocery stores are just across the street as well as the cafe with great Italian coffee :) We didn't come by car, so I don't know how the parking is solved.

We didn't get the code for the keys on e-mail / in app, so I had to call the owner for instructions. However, it was solved instantly.

Renoviertes Appartment in guter, zentraler Lage. Moderne Küche. Gute Beleuchtung.

Sehr kühle Atmosphäre, da weder Bilder noch Deko vorhanden. Hellhörig, so dass man nachts Schritte von oben gehört hat. Handtücher waren muffig, offenbar schlecht getrocknet. Es hat in der Wohnung nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Schlafsofa mit deutlichen Nutzungsspuren.

Schöne, logistisch für den Baden-Baden Besuch mit eigenem Auto gut gelegene Wohnung mit Potenzial.

Die Wohnung ist logistisch sehr gut gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parkplätze(wenn auch teuer)sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, die zweite Toilette ist sehr praktisch, das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und hat sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten bequem, wenn auch etwas hart und es ist ausreichend Platz zum verstauen von Kleidung vorhanden.

Es fehlt Deko und Dinge, die diese Wohnung gemütlicher machen, z.B.ein Teppich & ein Couchtisch im riesigen Wohnzimmer. Noch mehr Bilder an den zahlreich vorhandenen großflächigen Wänden. Auch wären Lampen mit warmen Licht in Wohnbereich und Küche sehr zu empfehlen. Der Kreisverkehr direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ist kräftig frequentiert, was die Fenster nur mässig gut dämpfen. Teepötte wären als Geschirrergänzung super. In der Küche ist nur eine der Steckdosen im Kochbereich nutzbar, die zweite defekt bzw. es lässt sich kein Stecker einstecken. Die Mitteilung des Checkin Codes für den Schlüsselsafe geschah erst auf telefonische Nachfrage während wir schon vor der Tür standen.

Nos gustó la facilidad de llegar al alojamiento desde el centro. Fácil acceso de entrada y salida del alojamiento. Las instalaciones eran nuevas y muy amplio.

Buena estancia

El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones dobles y un sofá que no se hace cama. Las habitaciones son amplias. Tiene un baño completo y un aseo. No está en pleno centro pero está cerca andando de todo.

Éramos 7 y nos dejaron solo 6 sillas. Solicité que nos trajeran una más y nunca recibí respuesta. Nos dejaron 4 vasos y dos estaban rotos. No entiendo que alquilen un apartamento para 7 personas y que no dejen servicio para todos los huéspedes. La tostadora no funciona bien, hay que mantenerla pulsada todo el tiempo para que tueste. Dejaron muy poco papel higiénico para nuestra estancia. Se paga una tasa de 3.8€ por persona y día. El apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor. Las almohadas son muy blandas e incómodas pero similares a las que hemos tenido en otros alojamientos de Alemania.

Starker Zigarettengeruch obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Apartment ist, das hat uns extrem gestört. Bett sehr unbequem, es quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt leider nicht genossen.

Für ein Wochenende vollkommen in Ordnung. Vor allem wenn man "nur" zum Schlafen in der Wohnung ist.

Die Lage war super - zentral und mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof Baden-Baden gut zu erreichen. Den Rest konnte man auch gut zu Fuß unternehmen. Es waren 3 sehr große Zimmer mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, Bett, Schrank, Nachtisch. Gästebad gab es zusätzlich zum großen Bad auch, das war sehr hilfreich. Es gab keinen Teppich, überall Laminat. Wichtig für Allergiker.

Es gab nur große Duschhandtücher, es wären zusätzlich "normale" Handtücher hilfreich gewesen. Der Toaster war nicht zu gebrauchen - wir habe es gemeldet. Offensichtlich haben vor uns andere Gäste den Toaster ruiniert. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein großes Sofa und TV - leider kein Abstell/Couch-Tisch...

La ubicación tranquila y cerca del centro. El apartamento está nuevo, limpio y bien acondicionado. Supermercados y transporte público muy cerca.

El apartamento es muy funcional y contiene lo necesario. Como únicas cosas mejorables mencionaría la decoración, que es sobria y algo fría, y el colchón y las almohadas un tanto blandos.
