Convenient, comfortable.

Super easy access with self-checkin. Everything is clearly listed beforehand. Room is super clean with all facilities available. The team is very responsive in terms of contacting. We asked for luggage reservation and was provided with a comfortable lounge space for storing bags and rest. Overall top service!

Comfortable and nice!

We loved the location and the warmth of the room. Its proximity to everything made getting around easy, and it was a cozy place to stay during the winter days we visited Baden-Baden. The owners were very detailed and clear in their email communication, which we really appreciated. They also left welcoming treats for us in the room, which was a really cute touch. The place was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. This is a minor detail, but the TV was a bit outdated. Having a TV that supports movie streaming would be a nice improvement. There are, however, multiple German channels available.

Excellent apartment with perfect location!

The apartment is wonderful and is at the best possible location to explore the town! We walked everywhere. Hosts were very responsive and we had a great stay.

If I have to point something out - everything was basically perfect - it would have to be pillows, they could be better.

Amazing!!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Communication is great, the hosts send a link to a little webpage with recommendations of the local area etc. The location is amazing, it’s right in the centre. There’s lots of little bars and authentic restaurants close by. Baden-Baden is great and there was lots to fill our time. The Carcalla Therme is a short walk away. There’s a bus stop about a 1 minute walk away and we got the bus to the Merkur funicular/mountain. The apartment itself was lovely. It’s spacious, clean, the bed was comfy. There were some great little additions such as the coffee machine with some pods, and toiletries. The kitchen/dining space is fab with a little terrace - we spent the evening up there. We would love to come back!

It’s not a dislike but the apartment we stayed in is up 3 flights of stairs. This was fine for us but wouldn’t be ideal for everyone.

Lovely little place

This is a small space but it is so well furnished to provide everything you need. The bathroom was very large with shelves to put your things on and even enough room to open both of our umbrellas to dry! Biggest bathroom in Europe so far. The small kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and had lamps on both sides of the bed. The location inside the no-drive zone was perfect for walking everywhere. We missed 1 day in Baden Baden due to a cancelled flight but we felt we got a good feel for the downtown area since we were so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to BB.

Our only comment is to watch your head with the cabinet over the table. A narrower upper cabinet would have been sufficient there and would not be risky for your head. But no real complaint at all.

Central hideaway, close to everything you need. Exceptionally clean and great value for money.

Central location (less than 100m from shops, restaurants, cafes etc.), also not far from Bus stops (200m). Lovely apartment with private entrance off-street. All self-contained with kitchen and dining facilities, perfect for self-catering, or prepping packed lunches. Separate bathroom and toilet, and very clean throughout. Excellent value for money, especially when you consider it's Baden-Baden!

Nice Apartment

Spacious studio apartment with nicely equipped kitchen. Quiet location and comfortable mattress. Large bathroom. The heating and WiFi worked very well.

The shower was leaking water and the whole bathroom floor flooded. The stairs to the apartment are very steep. Not recommended for people with heavy luggage and older people with mobility issues. Difficult to get to by taxi

NVery ice appartement, but ruined by strong smell of mold.

It's clean and well situated.

Very strong smell of mold when I entered. I only stayed there 3 hours. Would not imagine sleeping in that apartment. I booked the apartment only because I need to keep my bagages. If t was not the mold issue the appartement would be very nice.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Lovely apartment with anything you need. The hosts are very helpful and answer fast to any of your requests. I highly recommend this apartment. Hope we stay again in the future.

Exceptional

The environment of the rooms is clean, modern and functional. We felt at home. The location is right in the city centre and it was a short walk to the park. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on a motorcycle and initially we had difficulty navigating the pedestrian zone. I suggest you take the tunnel if you are coming from the west, it will make life much easier.

Perfect location, great value place to stay in the heart of Baden-Baden

Second time staying here, and perfect for budget traveler in the often expensive but lovely Baden-Baden. I go once a year for the annual rose trials, and I'm so happy I found this place. It would also be an excellent place to stay for longer trips, with its mini-kitchen. The location is excellent, and the owner is very accommodating. Easy and simple access instructions, help make this an easy place to stay. Cleanliness was "German" clean, which if you know, is the best. Older building which means narrow stairs up, but the room is quite generous, with windows that open on to the street. Very comfortable bed, which if you also know Germany again, is not always the case.

Bring your own washcloth and robe if you want it-not a problem really!

Amazing location, quiet and convenient. Very clean, well heated and ventilated, lovely light. Coffee provided :-) great shower!

Think the photos had shown a different apartment in the same block. Ours was still nice, just a bit misleading. All worked really well but worth noting no toiletries provided. 2 duvets might also not be ideal for a couple.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Baden-Baden

Very nice and clean apartment situated in the heart of Baden-Baden. There is a small but very functional kitchen, nice view on a calm street but a busy shopping street is just around the corner. What was really cool is the guest card that allowed us to have a better prices for different activities like, for example, a walking city tour. Artur replied very fast and provided us with all the necessary information.

The bathroom was very big and functional but there were some issues with a shower: the water was leaking under the door and the shower head was a bit broken.

Good

Very clean, room enough for my needs. Comfortable bed and easy walking distance to both spas and Christmas markets. I thought it was good value to have a small kitchen.

The people staying in the apartment above were heavy footed - they woke me in the evening and the morning with footsteps. Otherwise on a quiet street end. Facilities in the kitchen met the minimum - you had to pull the microwave off the shelf and stretch the extension cord in order to plug in.

The room was a good one except for the shower. Apparently there is something wrong with the drainage system in the bathroom because after we showered there was flood on the floor.

Beautiful place

Very nice flat right in the center of the town. The bus stop is only 2 min away and you can get the bus to visit many beautiful places. The spa is only 5 minutes walking.
