Comfortable stay in the heart of Baden-Baden. Good value for money.

Central location, everything is within minutes. Several public transportation stops around the corner. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host responded fast.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with 100 steps. No elevator. I was OK, but some people may have an issue walking the stairs.

Comfortable and chill.

The location perfect and the apartment has a nice view. It was very quiet. There is a lot of light entering through the windows, which I appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher are also available.

I found the apartment generally clean, but with a couple of issues: - There were a lot of crumbs (probably bread) on the kitchen counter and I found some opened products in the fridge. - Even though the bathroom was clean, the toilette had a quite strong urine smell. This happens if it is cleaned superficially or without the right products.

Location.

Owner of apartment is very unfriendly and rude. She did come in apartment when I was outside without any message or phone call! Unbelievable! For wich reason? To bring iron! Because from beginning it's was absent in apartment. Sure I asked to fix it! In finish She did bring so dirty old iron and it's was not possible to use! My white blouse was spoiled! And main!! I never ever had visitors in Germany without phone call before!!! Usually if I book place of living I sure there is safe. But in this apartment this feeling was disappeared on second day! Pillow was small and uncomfortable. In apartment you will not find pocket of tea, sugar, salt, some spices wich need for kitchen....only coffee capsules and bottle of water. It's look so greedy! For 8 days I had just 2 towels. But washing machine is old and without drying. There is no possibility to wash it and dry fast. So I did use unfresh towels all week. Also be ready that she will ask you about Corona test every 2 days! For my opinion she has to visit psychiatrist! Thanks God I visit Germany 3 years already almost every 2 month and I know that people here mostly friendly and polite. And I am sorry about travelers wich going to open this wonderful country for yourself in this apartment!! Exactly I do not recommend 👎

A beautiful view for a very high cost

The view is amazing and the location is perfect, right in the centre of Baden-Baden. The willingness to help by the young people (working in a pharmacy) was great.

The person responsible for the booking cannot be contacted directly (she will only contact you via messages through Booking.com), when you do phone she will hide herself behind the pharmacy personal who have no authorization to decide anything and can only apologize and try to convey your message. In short, she has no love for the hospitality business whatsoever. If you've booked the total amount will be withdrawn from your bank account ahead of time, while cancellation two weeks before arrival (we wanted to change the booking from two nights to one) is only possible if the appartment is booked by somebody else. There is no way to check if this happens although Booking.com shows no availability. No love has been put in the interior, it's a mishmash of furniture and styles, important appliances are not working (there is a kitchen, but you cannot use the stove?), there is no aircondition which makes your stay on the top floor a very hot one, but you need to close the windows due to the noise on the street. Half of the lights are not working (a working light in the bathroom would be nice), the fridge makes a lot of noise during the night, the bed is rock hard but the pillows are small and limp. You cannot park in the street, so be sure to travel lightly because you will be forced to carry your luggage from your parking space. Furthermore there is a workaround for every simple step. I have never in my life (and I travel 10 times a year) had such trouble contacting a location and getting simple things done or simple questions answered.

Het appartement is erg centraal gelegen midden in het centrum, veel faciliteiten aanwezig inclusief WiFi, comfortabel bed, voor 1 of 2 personen erg ruim.

Niet geschikt voor mensen die moeite hebben met traplopen.

Mooie centrale ligging. Ruim appartement netjes en schoon. Wasmachine en koffiecups aanwezig

Traplopen met koffers naar 4e etage Licht midden in centrum dat is nadat je geïnstalleerd bent mooi, maar als je net aankomt even lastig. Na tip van beheerder auto wel in de buurt kunnen parkeren.

Geräumige kleine Wohnung mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem schnell im Grünen

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und geräumig. Es war sauber und hat alles was es braucht, bis auf ein Trocknungstuch in der Küche (das ging evt vergessen). Ansonsten alles tip top und hat super geklappt. Einzig zu beachten sind die z.T. engen und vielen Treppen, welche vielleicht nicht für jedermann optimal sind. Aber wenn man fit ist, ist dies eine super Unterkunft Mitten in der Stadt. Vielen Dank

Fenster kann man nicht zum Lüften komplett öffnen, nur kippen. Sehr viele Treppenstufen, etwas zu zweckmäßig eingerichtet

El único problema es que son tres pisos los que hay subir a pie, pero en realidad son seis, sin ascensor! Y claro subir

Ubicación inmejorable, apartamento amplio y muy luminoso. Vistas estupendas. Muy agradable.
