Baden-Baden is fantastic

Great location. The gentleman who met us was lovely and sorted out a little problem we had. Very spacious apartment.

It can be abit noisy as it is on the road - possibly more so in living room sleeping area. But views are lovely and the convenience for shops, bakery, restaurants, old town, spa etc are fantastic.

Great location for Families in Baden Baden

I am very pleased with this apartment. It had everything we needed in an amazing prime location steps away from the Caracella Therme. We were able to make coffee and tea in the morning and keep some essentials in the fridge. I especially recommend this for families as we had a separate room for our daughter allowing us to enjoy the night as she slept. This is a great starting point for walking around Baden Baden with access to shops, restaurants and nature. Will definitely book again.

There was no parking but an affordable lot was right across the street. I don't love having to call 30 minutes before my arrival (although this seems more and more common) and having to meet with someone to access the building, but the woman who met with us was very nice and it was no problem at all. We did have to pay a deposit but I understand the reason for it and we had no issue getting it back at our departure.

Pleasant, comfortable and relaxing.

Great location 2 minutes from Caracalla Therme and 1 minute from bus stop. Apartment was spacious and was secure and quiet. Lovely decor.

Building lift was very small. No real lobby and No was off the Main Street and slightly hidden up steps next to David’s Nail Salon. Pillows not to my taste.

Highly recommend staying at Apartments an der Caracella Therme.

It was a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Baden-Baden. To be frank, it exceeded our expectations. What fantastic views of the road in front of the apartment. We enjoyed sitting in the balconies with a cup of tea. Infact, the view from inside the living room is also very enjoyable. The apartment was sufficient and seemed to have perfect amenities for the four of us (me, my wife and our sons). It is walking distance from a number of restaurants and also supermarkets. We cooked our meals at the apartment as it had a perfect kitchen. The host is very helpful and friendly. There is huge car park in front of the apartment where we had parked our car and it cost us around €15-20 per day.

It’s a blah place to stay but comfortable, clean, practical and economical for four people

Walking distance to everything, including baths. Very comfortably slept 4 people.

Zero charm and not in the most charming location. We discovered Baden Baden was really beautiful only on our third day.

Definitely a good recommendation for a city trip to Baden-Baden - also for families.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is more than big enough to travel with family (2 adults, 2 kids). The location is perfect - the city center starts right there. Parking is easy (public garage only 50m away, 20 EUR per 24h). Although being that close to the city center it was surprisingly quiet.

Like always when being that close to or even in the city center, it might be a bit louder when windows are open. So, traffic started around 5am. But it was veeery calm and quiet during the night (and when windows are closed, the noise isolation is not that bad).

Ideal apartment for a relaxing stay in Baden Baden.

Superb location for access to Baden Baden for shopping and spa. Great view from balcony, perfect for relaxing with a book or watching the world go by. Kitchenette and utensils were ideal for small meals and snacks.

Great rooms, prime location

The apartment is new and super clean, very spacious and the kitchen is fully loaded. The location is prime, literally within 2 minutes walk to the Caracalla Therme. We enjoyed our stay here!

It is not easy to find the apartment when you drive a car, since the parking is at the back of the apartment. Need to contact the owner beforehand to figure out the check in process

The apartment was dirty: hair on the bedsheets, dirty mirror and floor, traces of food in the kitchen. The water rested in the shower cabin during the shower.

The location was great for all the local attractions (spa, market), and also right next to a bus stop to get you to further things (funicular, Mummelsee). It was clean, spaceous and comfortable.

If you're a light sleeper grab the back room as you can hear the cars on the road out the front.

Great location for Carcella Spa and Friedrichsbad plus also for all the facilities of the central area of Baden Baden.

Nothing from an accommodation perspective but it is quite noisy early in the morning as deliveries have to be made into the pedestrian area before 0700.

La mia vacanza a Baden Baden 2025.

La posizione è ottima, siamo al centro di Baden, proprio attaccato alle famose terme di Caracalla. Sotto l'appartamento c'è la fermata del bus comodissima. Tanti locali molto vicini. L'appartamento e molto funzionale la cucina e con un balconcino dove c'è anche uno stendi abiti piccolino, la cucina e funzionale ci sono due piastre elettriche, un forno a microonde, una macchina del caffè c'è la fatta trovare con 4 cialde quindi abbiamo avuto 4 caffè gratis calcolando che un caffè al bar e tra le 2,2 alle 3,3 dico va bene, c'era anche una giraffa termica, una lavatrice, con una pasticca di detersivo, un tostapane. Piatti, bicchieri, tazze ecc. Anche un aspirapolvere, una piccpla cassaforte. All'ingresso un piccolo mobile ed attacapanni cerano anche 2 ombrelli a disposizione, la stanza da letto ampia. Materasso molto comodo. Detersivo per lavare i piatti e strofinaccio per asciugare . Tovaglie da bagno. Carta igienica un divano e grande vetrata nella stanza da letto .

Non c'era il bidè, capisco che non siamo in Italia. I cuscini erano 2 molto grandi molto scenici ma non molto comodi. Per me Forse perché soffro di cervicali e non avevo con me il mio cuscino.
