absolutely centre of town and ideal for 4 days visiting spa and local walks

far too big for 2 people but that suited us .. very spacious ... has lift so minimal stairs.. quiet

nice loaction, but you can tell this place is just for making money...

the location is great,you can't really get anyhing more central to be honest, right in the center, and the place is huge, lots or room, comfrtoable beds.

you can tell the palce is economy economy economy... heating is very poor, and goes off at night, it actually cuts out.... my daughters room was so cold, every time we asked something to the owners, we were told that its normal,only one set of bedding and and one pillow case per person, and that the heating issue was normal that some people sleep with the window open at night ! it was -4° ! expenisive for very mediocre service... probally better to go to the hotel next time. also no parking, and its in a pedestrain street

Location is at the heart of Baden-Baden Very big, it's good for crowded families our groups. Good sun shines in apartment. It's suitable for long term accommodation.

Penthouse is very hot when sun is shining. There is only one air conditioner in the apartment and it's not enough for cool down in the summer. You can't access the apartment via car. It's only have the pedestrian access.

The apartment itself is nice, but there are a lot of weird details.

The location is perfect! You find yourself right in the middle of everything with a great choice of restaurants and parks. Many walking trails start within a few minutes walk. The apartment is very light and clean. Beds are good. We found everything a traveller could need.

BATS!!! When we switched on the lights in the evening we found two bats flying around master's bedroom!!!! Just be ready they live there and can get inside. Unfortunately the owner didn't warn us while everything is covered with protective nets in the backyard. Be ready to experience restaurant smell in the bedroom as the window overlooks the back of the restaurant. There are flowers at the terrace and a lady was coming every day to water them. The lady is very nice, but be ready that your privacy will be ruined. The shower is dripping dramatically.

Very clean, in the center of old town, near great restaurants and the Thermes. it was lovely all around. Owner came and helped with the heater when we asked. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and there were extra blankets in all the rooms. very comfortable beds too.

everything was good. I just recommend checking the water heat and the heaters when you arrive. It was shut off by accident and they had to come turn it on. No problem though, everyone was very helpful and kind about it.

the emplacement. right in the middle of everything.

the heating wasn’t on when we arrived. once turned on, took almost half a day to start heating the place. would have been nice to have the apartment heated as a welcome to the guests

Exceptional

A very spacious apartment with modern appliances and old-school furniture, which creates a feeling that you are visiting a relative. Everything very comfortable and clean, in the very-very center of the town. Very recommended.

a minor detail: the parking is a bit expensive for what it is - a place in a garage, which you first need to find and then walk from there back to the apartment. In general, I would certainly stay in this place again, but one should not come there by car, since everything in the town is accessible by foot.

Location, comfort and did I say location?

Very spacious. Host was responsive to all our needs. Entry Door was accessed with a code and Keys were all n the hall in a lock box with additional information. Loved having an elevator. Views were very nice.

Washing machine was confusing. Instruction on how to open the drum to load clothes would be helpful. I know that seems silly, but I’ve never seen a washing machine drum so exposed. It looked like a cheese grater.

Huge and well located!

We were blown away by how large the accommodations were and how well located it was. The bed was comfortable, too. We loved the views from the living room. And that we could walk quickly to all of the local baths and restaurants. Book their parking if you have a car, because parking is very limited otherwise. The WiFi was good enough to do our work which we do remotely.

Spacious apartment in a great location, would happily stay there again.

Great location near the Fußgangerzone. Nice building with some view of the downtown area. The apt was really big which was great after being cooped up in hotel rooms for a few days. The apartment was so big I'd recommend turning the other sitting room into another bedroom.

The parking situation was really the only challenge, and our navigation system struggled to figure out how to get us close enough to unload our belongings (there were a lot of Umleitungen in Baden Baden while we were there which complicated things).

Spacious, inside city center, high rating totally worth it! (hope price stays affordable in future)

Very large and clean apartment, especially knowing it's the city center. We had the whole floor for us (3 large rooms + kitchen). Beds are very comfortable. Very quiet. Beautiful building from the outside as well. The host works at (owns?) the pharmacy below and was very friendly. If the price stays like this (about 160 euro's for one night for 5 persons) we will definitely come back! We put a general mark of 10, we couldn't give a more detailed number but should be situated around 9.5 (9 was a bit too little given the location space and price of the apartment). Also: make sure to ask for the (free) guest city card to the host (she gave it spontaneously), it gives you reductions for activities in Baden-Baden.

Toilet is maybe a little bit cramped. The toilet seat was not well attached but I am sure this will be fixed in the coming days once the owner has read the comment! flat screen tv could be a bit larger ;)

Exceptional clean and spacious apartment in an old building in a superb location. Would go there again without any doubt.

Designated parking area for un-/loading nearby seems a grey area (were approached by 'Stadtpolizei' referring to 7-11 window). Hot water stability requires some patience.

Appartement très bien situé, propre, très spacieux. Il y a 2 WC, une machine à laver, un lave vaisselle. les lits sont confortables. Idéal pour 5-6 personnes

Die Lage, die Größe, die Kommunikation zur Ankunft / Schlüsselübergabe

Leider war die Dusche nicht sauber, sondern schimmlig und schmutzig. Im Ablauf Haare der vorangegangenen Besucher, die entfernt werden mussten. Die Küche ebenfalls sehr stark abgenutzt, an den Schränken exfoliert sich der beklebte Holzkorpus. Ausstattung in der Küche für 6 Personen, die angegeben wurden, gar nicht ausreichend. Nicht genug Gläser, nicht genug Tassen, alles wild zusammengeführt. Spülmaschine unzureichend gewartet, spült nicht sauber.

Υπέροχος χώρος, τεράστια δωμάτια, αριστοκρατικό περιβάλλον καθώς και βεράντα όπου μπορούσες να καθίσεις για καφέ. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου. Η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Ανεπιφύλακτα συστήνω το διαμέρισμα αυτό αλλά και το Μπάντεν Μπάντεν, αυτή την υπέροχη πόλη με την ήδη ήδη.
