Disappointing

The appartment was comfortable and spacious

The appartment was advertised as deluxe, but didn’t meet the standard. Lounge seating was uncomfortable and dining chairs are dangerous. Towels were hard and thin, windows broken or unable to open, shutters broken etc etc

Loved it!

Very comfortable apartment in the quite neighborhood. It was nice to wake up to a bird song in the morning and sound of a little stream running just outside the bedroom windows. The apartment has two balconies. One is facing the north. Another is facing the east and suitable to eat breakfast if one wakes up not too late. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back next time we are in Baden-Baden.

A beautiful home away from home.

This was a beautiful, spacious apartment with quality fittings and nice furnishings. The kitchen was especially large. The bedrooms all had a leafy outlook. It was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Baden Baden which is itself a very pretty town. The manager Elvira was very attentive to all our needs... thank you.

I'm not a fan of contact-less check in, but the information was detailed and accurate making it no problem.

Pleasant stay

The apartment is clean and cozy, with 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Easy on-site private parking.

Some window blinds, in particular the blinds in the bedroom, have to be repaired.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung aber Service verbesserungsbedürftig

Hochwertige Einrichtung, echtes Holzparkett, elektr. Rollläden, teure Kronleuchter, Umgebung ruhig aber trotzdem noch in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt. Sauber, 2 Räume mit WC und Dusche bzw. Wanne. Große Räume, sehr großer LCD Fernseher (ca. 65") große Küchenzeile mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank

Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe! Der Türcode wurde geändert, mir jedoch nicht mitgeteilt. So habe ich eine halbe Stunde versucht den Briefkasten zu öffnen. Vor Ankunft erfolgte auf meine e-mails von der Vermieterin keine Anwort. Toller Service!! Vorab wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sonst niemand in dem Haus ist. Festgestellt haben wir, dass in der Wohnung darüber zeitweise auch nach 23 Uhr noch Kind(er) herumgetobt sind. Die elektr. Rollläden funktionierten nicht immer. Die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer eignen sich besser zum Liegen als zum Sitzen da sie recht breit und tief sind.

Grosszügiges, modernes und ruhiges Appartement

Grosszügiges Appartement, sehr gut und modern eingerichtet; 2 Badezimmer, 2 grosse Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum. Grosser Wohnbereich. Schöne Küche (top Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso)). Alles da was man braucht. Elvira war bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank an Elvira für den Support. 🙂 Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen. Preis-Leistung für uns sehr ok. Lage: ruhig mit viel Grün - neben dem SWR- Funkhaus. Rund 20 Minuten zu Fuss in die City von Baden Baden. Angenehmer Geh-Weg durch ein gehobeneres Quartier und durch den Park. Parking beim Haus - 2 Besucherparkplätze oder am Strassenrand. Unkompliziertes Checkin.

Schöne Wohnung

Viel Platz, ruhige Lage nahe Zentrum. Hell, viele Fenster, zwei Balkone. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Leider konnte man die meisten Fenster nicht öffnen, wir hätten gerne mehr frische Luft gehabt.
