It was mentioned in description there are 2 twin beds in a bedroom. But it was 1 king bed instead.

Nice stay in Baden- Baden
Renata is a very nice and friendly host, easy to communicate. She showed us around and suggested some locals restaurants and sightseeings. She prepared welcome fruit plates, sweat treats for guests, which were nice. The apartment is big and bright with nice view. There are two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and a separated kitchen/dinning room. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Parking is available in the courtyard. There is also a playground for little kids. There is a small suppermark in walking distance and Edeka supermark within 1 or 2km away.
The bathroom is a bit small. Location is not in downtown, but if you travel by car it's not a problem, or you can take the bus.
