A great place ideally situated to explore Baden Baden and surroundings by car.

Comfortable, cozy, spacious, clean, location, great hosts that also run a fantastic restaurant.

Don't try to sleep in too late as the church bells will wake you. But the storks nest that you can see from the window makes up for it! :-)

Three nights stay to enjoyto enjoy the roads off the forest. Nice and close and a great place to stay.

Loved the stay in this period property with its lovely owners but beware of the bells!

Fantastic location in the central part of town in a beautiful period property that sits above the owners restaurant. Owners were really friendly and helpful and food in the restaurant good. While we were there we happened to experience an annual street festival which was lovely and right on our doorstep. The location has free parking and is easily accessible into Baden-Baden. We were there with two young children (7 & 4) and it worked perfectly for us.

The property sits next door to the town church that rings its bells from 6am - 10pm most days…we should have read the reviews on this although would be helpful to know in the description. However after a day or so you tend not to notice so much. The kitchen was clean but sparse with equipment so light snacks at best rather than meals could be made..a few more pots, utensils, a small oven (rather than just small hob) and toaster would make it good. While there was a lovely secluded garden, it was for the restaurant and so not having any accessible outdoor space to potentially sit and watch the world go by was a shame, although didn’t ruin the positive stay we had.

We enjoyed it very much.

it was pleasant

The size of apartment is great and it's minimalistic. Loved the vibe. You can also cook lil meal if you like or have it downstairs at the restaurant. Its closed on Thursday though. There are breakfast options nearby bakery. Make sure to inform the owners about the checkin time in advance.

Although location is bit far from city center but there are 2 bus stops near property where you can find buses every 30-40mins. Also I wish there were bathing essentials like soap, bodywash. There is a cathedral just outside the building which rings every 15mins starting 6am -10pm. We were okay with it as it didn't disturb our routine.

For a family with a little kid it was perfect, spacious, warm & comfy.

Spacious apartment, completely renovated, comfortable salon & bed, warm enough to feel like in home. We ordered food in their restaurant, they brought it upstairs and it was delicious. If again in the area I would be happy to stay there again.

As everyone mentions in the comments, indeed the church was noisy in the morning as it was few meters away but I wouldn't mind taking in consideration the other aspects of the property.

Clean, historical looking house with all facilities you need

Very nice accommodation. - We traveled with kids and loved the amount of bedrooms. - bathroom very large and clean with washing machine - owners arranged diner on our first night, very well done

We had a problem with parking, but wasn´t their fault. In fact, Booking.com failed to pass on the information given by Herds Eintracht that there would be a party in town while we were there.

Lovely holiday which was enhanced by our superb accommodation.

The property is immaculate and extremely comfortable, we had 2 bedrooms, one of which had an extra bed for a child so could easily accommodate a full family, grandparents, parents and a child should they wish to travel and stay together. All the rooms were large and the bathroom and kitchen had everything you could possibly want including microwave, hob, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine. Towels and bedlinen, there was a small kitchen table and full size dining table in the lounge. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again. The restaurant downstairs is very good and we visited twice, the owner was lovely and communication was great, free parking included, guess this depends how busy they are but we always had a space.

first of all Holger and Corrina are perfect hostess. they’re super nice and helpful even when we talked to them before the arrival. the apartment has everything we needed to make dinners and stay warm. under the apartment there’s the restaurant of the hostess, we’ve eaten there 3 times and it was amazing! also the location is very good. theres a bakery, supermarket and a pharmacy just a minute from the place, and all the popular locations are near. we totally recommend this place and waiting to come visit again.

Πολυ ζεστο και άνετο διαμερισμα με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Κατοικία ανακαινισμενη με πολλα δομικα στοιχεία απο το 1738 που την κάνουν ξεχωριστή. Σε πολυ καλο σημείο για εξορμήσεις στο Μελανά Δρυμό και την Αλσατία. Σιγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά. Το εστιατόριο του ιδιοκτήτη στο ισόγειο ειναι πολυ καλο αν και κάπως ακριβο

Θα μπορούσε να εχει σαμπουάν. Τα γερμανικά μαξιλάρια ειναι άβολα.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden :) Es war alles sauber, gepflegt & liebevoll eingerichtet In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden Bad war richtig toll In ca. 10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit ist man in Baden-Baden Zentrum Zu Fuss erreichbar: Bäcker, Metzgerei, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Apotheke Das Restaurant "Herd's Eintracht" ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen :)

Im Wohnzimmer gab es zum Flur keine Türe, dadurch blieb die Wärme nicht im Wohnzimmer

Schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit freundlichen Gastgebern

Die Gastgeber waren sehr entgegenkommend und wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt: Sie hat einen schönen rustikalen Stil und ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und ausgestattet (inklusive Waschmaschine). Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und einen getrennten Ess- und Wohnbereich gab. Die Gastgeber waren über booking.com ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.

Als Baden-Baden-Kenner war es für uns ein bisschen zu weit außerhalb. Es gibt aber unweit der Wohnung mehrere Bushaltestellen. Die Badfenster hätten wir gern etwas mehr abdecken wollen. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt!

El apartamento se encuentra en un apequeño pueblo tranquilo a diez minutos de baden baden. Apartamento muy amplio y limpio con todo lo que uno puede necesitar. La familia que lo regenta son muy simpaticos y amables. Aunque no comimos en su restaurante puedo decir que la comida tiene una pinta muy buena. Muy recomendable.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Lage im Herzen von Steinbach war einfach super, zudem waren die Zimmer sowie das Bad sehr sauber. Der Aufenthaltsraum bietet ein bequemes Sofa und einen großen Tisch für Gesellschaftsspiele.

In der Küche war der Boden in der Nähe des Kühöschranks aufgequollen und ein spitzes Stück Laminat stand heraus. Daran konnte man sich leicht verletzen.

Sauber und gemütlich. Gute Lage mit Parkplatz. Sehr herzlicher Empfang mit frischem Obst.

Die gegenüberliegende Kirche ist leider sehr laut und läutet, bis auf nachts, alle 15 min.

Apartamento cómodo, limpio, con todo lo necesario y bien ubicado. El trato del anfitrión muy amable y atento, y la comida del restaurante muy buena. Además había muchas comodidades para estar con una niña (trona, cuna...)

El suelo del pasillo era de madera antigua, que le da mucho encanto, pero cruje mucho. Por la noche teníamos que andar muy despacio para hacer menos ruido y no despertar a nuestra hija con los crujidos. Pero entendemos que no es algo negativo del apartamento, ya que todo estaba muy bien😊
