Well arranged studio in Weststadt

Nice apartment in a quite place just next to the Kaufland. Well equipped, clean, with a balcony. Parking is included in the price. Good price quality connection

To go to the Baden-Baden centre one has to take a bus or a car

The rest of the appartment is good and the kitchen is good. The location is excellent and easy to all places.

We didn't like the bed and the pillows..it was so uncomfortable and small for a couple. Also it would have been nice if the bedroom was separate and not the studio concept. It's not mentioned in the site that it's a studio apartment.

Sehr enttäuschend

Wir hatten zu viert für ein langes Wochenende (01.05.25-04.05.25) in Baden-Baden gebucht. Es ist sehr befremdlich, dass weder auf eine Nachricht bei WhatsApp, auf Anrufe, noch auf eine Nachricht bei Booking.com geantwortet wurde. Uns wurde leider ein falschen Code für das Schlüsselschließfach mitgeteilt. Nach anderthalb Stunden bei 29° im Schatten, auf den Knien liegend, konnten wir das Schließfach endlich öffnen. Die Wohnung selber war wirklich sehr schön. Allerdings funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht, Pulverbetrieb. Das Rollo im Wohnzimmer ist runter geschlagen. Dieser Schaden war aber schon vor uns da, denn das Rollo war mit einem Gartenstuhl abgesichert. Die Qualität der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher im Badezimmer war der reinste Albtraum. Da wir bekannterweise zu viert angereist sind und wir auch gerne mal einzeln was unternommen hätten ist ein einzelner Apartmentschlüssel nicht praktikabel. Wir hätten all diese Probleme sehr gerne persönlich erörtert, aber mangels Kommunikationsbereitschaft kam dieses nicht zu Stande. Somit haben wir am Samstagmorgen um 10:00 Uhr unseren Kurzurlaub in Baden-Baden abgebrochen. Nachdem wir das dem Vermieter mitgeteilt hatten, meldete sich dieser endlich und versprach uns, aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten, eine Nacht zu erstatten. Das Geld ist, nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen, bis heute nicht eingegangen. Für mich ist die Ferienwohnung Akwant nicht empfehlenswert.

Trotz defekten Rollladen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Geräumiges 1 Zimmer Apartment , 2 Toiletten, gemütlich, ruhige und sehr gute Lage, zum Kaufland und Bushaltestelle nur 10 geh Minuten, mit Bus nur 15 min in die Stadt. Privaten Parkplatz. Eigentümer Antwortet zügig auf Anliegen

Der Rollladen zur Balkonseite war defekt und somit früh um 5:30 kam schon Tageslicht hinein. Der Eigentümer hat einen Mitarbeiter geschickt aber es konnte nicht behoben werden. Der Balkon selbst, war extrem voll mit Blütenstaub und mussten erst mal selbst reinigen um dort zu sitzen.

Vermieter war nicht erreichbar und somit eine Nutzung der Ferienwohnung nicht möglich

Am Tag der Ankunft keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter, von daher war die Nutzung der Ferienwohnung nicht möglich. Ich mußte mir vor Ort eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Recomendadísimo !!. Muy buena calidad-precio.

La calidad del apartamento - precio, fantástico !!!... para los precios que hay en Baden-Baden, está genial. El trato con el propietario muy práctico, claro y rápido en todo momento. La calefacción central estaba muy alta (mes noviembre 2023) y la respuesta fue instantánea como para el resto de cosas. La cercanía al centro, muy bien, aunque nosotros utilizamos Baden Baden como ciudad dormitorio excepto el último día y para cenar por las noches cuando volvíamos, en el mercadillo navideño. Las instalaciones muy bien. Y, el apartamento muy bonito. Así que sin duda lo recomendaríamos.

Nos gustó todo.
