La terraza era un punto a favor, daba frescor pese a la hora de calor. El piso es concepto abierto y la distribución era correcta. También muy positivo el aparcamiento fácil en superficie, la ubicación al lado de un supermercado y la facilidad para hacer ruta en coche.

Alles hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement lag im 2. Stock mit Aufzug zu erreichen, schön ruhig nach hinten, mit einem großen überdachten Balkon, elektrische Rollläden an allen Fenstern und einer super Ausstattung auf Balkon und in der Wohnung.
Das Einzige was besser sein könnte, ist der Duschvorhang, der die ebenerdig begehbare Dusche in einem tollen Badezimmer völlig abwertet. Leider ist die ganze Dusche architektonisch eine komplette Fehlkonstruktion, bei der die Optik über der Funktionalität gewonnen hat. Der wehende Duschvorhang verschmälert dann den Platz unter der Dusche noch mehr.

Clean, modern apartment.
The bed and the sofa bed are in one room. Much better if it were split into two rooms. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable.
