The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a very nice balcony. It is in a residential area so it is very quiet and the neighbors are quite friendly! The center of Baden-Baden is about 15/20 walking distance. The host was very nice and did everything he could to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Loved the location but wouldn’t go back there.

It was spacious and great having 2 bedroom apartment. Amazing views from the balcony.

I didn’t like the fact that after 10pm you couldn’t stay out on the balcony as couldn’t make any noise which was ridiculous. The oven door had been smashed by previous people and you could still see chards of glass which was dangerous and should have been sorted before anyone else stayed.

Gut für Städte-u.Wandertrip

Die Lage am Stadtrand und die Nähe zum Wald ist optimal. Für Wanderfreunde ideal. Haben einige Touren gemacht. Die Stadt Baden Baden ist sehr schön und immer eine Reise wert. Der Weihnachtsmarkt ist groß und beeindruckend. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen und ein Restaurant mit guten Service und Essen ist um die Ecke. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist kann man an der Kirche ein Stück durch den Wand oder an der Hauptstrasse zum Zentrum laufen. Der Vermieter ist nett und wenn man noch etwas benötigt, dann ihn anrufen. Im Wohnzimmer wurde auf unserer Mitteilung die Schlafcouch schon für uns vorbereitet.

Die Wohnung war nicht so 100%ig unser Geschmack, wir sind anderes gewöhnt. In der Küche müsste einiges geändert werden. Im Bad ist es am Spiegel etwas zu dunkel. Alles wurde mit dem Vermieter kommuniziert.

Тишина и умиротворение. Нам с мужем понравились апартаменты, швардсвальд из окошка, и очень вкусная вода из под крана.

Квартира удобная для 2 чел, 2 комнаты и кухня. Вид с балкона замечательный, хорошо оборудована кухня. Было тепло, хозяин не беспокоил нас, но все просьбы оперативно выполнил.

Очень скрипучие полы, крохотная ванная комната, далеко от туалета. До центра 5 остановок на автобусе или 40 мин пешком.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, fußläufig kann man den Wald und auch Geschäfte bzw. Gaststätten erreichen

Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Holzfußboden, die Küche war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bett war ausreichend groß und die Matratzen sehr bequem, das Wohnzimmer hat einen Blick ins Grüne und auf den überdachten Balkon

Es war immer etwas schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Aber schließlich hat es doch immer geklappt

Der Balkon ist wunderbar mit eine tollen Ausblick. Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hundefreundlich.

Eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, o.ä., wäre toll gewesen. Das WLan könnte stabiler sein. Sonst war es genau wie gewünscht.

Ruim appartement

Het is een ruim appartement met 2 goede slaapkamers. De bedden lagen goed(behalve de zachte kussens). Er zit een moderne keuken is met een grote koelkast. De deur van de oven was kapot, maar dit werd direct verteld bij aankomst( oven kon wel gebruikt worden). Het heeft ren ruim balkon met 2 ligstoelen en een klein tafeltje met 3 stoelen. Met zijn vieren buiten aan tafel eten gaat niet. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Op loopafstand ligt het Hardbergbad, een groot buitenzwembad. Leuk voor iedereen die van zwemmen houdt en met de gastenkaart krijg je korting ( 4 personen in totaal 8.60 euro voor een dag).

De kussens waren erg zacht. De houten vloer is erg gehorig. De bovenburen vetrokken regelmatig om 05.00 uur en die hoorde we dan lopen. Op korte afstand staat een kerk die ieder kwartier zijn klokken luidt vanaf 7.00 uur in de ochtend. Wij ervaarde dat als storend als je uit wilt slapen. Het was iedere dag zoeken naar een parkeerplek, er is niet veel plek en je parkeert langs een vrij smalle weg. Op het balkon mocht je alleen zachtjes praten en na 22 uur mocht je het balkon NIET meer op. Telefoongebruik is verboden op het balkon. De woonkamer oogt wat sfeerloos en er staat voor 4 personen een kleine eettafel in.

Een zeer goed verblijf op een rustige locatie en vlakbij een heel mooi zwembad op loopafstand.

Het uitzicht en het balkon hebben zeker toegevoegde waarde

Klein puntje van verbetering waren de wat slappe kussens en iets meer handdoeken waren wel fijner geweest.

Perfekte Lage für Ruhesuchende direkt am Waldrand; sehr schöne Terasse mit Blick in den Wald und den Garten; ÖPNV-Anbindung in 200m Entfernung im 5 Minutentakt nach Baden-Baden City oder auch andere Richtungen; kleiner Supermarkt, Bioladen, Pizzeria, Restaurant, Bäcker in wenigen 100m Entfernung; Ausstattung der Wohnung, besonders Küche, gut bis sehr gut

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Gepflegte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Schöner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Gute Lage. Einkauf, Restaurant's, ÖPV in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Stadtkern ÖPV oder wer mag auch zu Fuß. Gastgeber sehr nett und unkompliziert. Komme gern wieder!

Probleme mit dem TV. Eine Anleitung zum Einschalten der Programme wäre schön gewesen.

Magnificos días en Baden Baden

Alojamiento ideal para estar unos día visitando la zona. Barrio muy, muy tranquilo. El anfitrión Martin, magnifico. Las vistas desde la terraza magnificas, la frondosidad de la zona y sus bosques es maravillosa. Desde el apartamento tienes acceso a rutas de senderismo al lado. Simultaneamente está bien ubicado a 5 minutos andando tienes bares, y restaurantes y super para abastecer. Luego has de coger bus, taxi para ir al centro que está a 15 minutos. Baden Baden merece mucho la pena y el sitio es ideal para quearse. La habitacion correcta y confortable con todo lo necesario.

Großzügige und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Toller Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Ruhige Lage. Einkauf, Gastromie und Bus in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Altstadt der Faulheit halber 5 Stationen mit dem Bus. Gastgeber sehr nett und unkompliziert!

Bella sistemazione dal punto di vista logistico.

Appartamento carino, ben strutturato, efficiente con tutti i servizi necessari, posizionato vicino al centro città, raggiungibile in breve tempo, ma in una zona tranquilla e residenziale.

Unico neo, ma un po' pesante, sono 2 piani di scale senza ascensore, per me che ho 65 anni un po' troppi.
