Nothing good in this property.

Our experience at this accommodation was very disappointing, and I would strongly caution other travelers, especially families, before booking. The property was not convenient or suitable for our stay. Access to the room required climbing approximately 40–50 stairs with no elevator and no proper lighting along the pathway. There were rats moving in the stair area, which raised serious safety and hygiene concerns. As we were traveling as a large family with large bags, reaching the room was extremely difficult. In addition, the bed covers did not appear fully clean, and the bathroom condition did not meet what one would reasonably expect from a three-star property. Overall, the accommodation did not match the quality or standard presented online. Regarding payment handling, no tourist tax or additional amount was requested at check-in or when I informed the host at around 10:00 that I was leaving early. Approximately five hours after my departure, the host contacted me stating that a tourist tax invoice had been left in the room, which I did not receive or acknowledge, and threatened to report the matter to the platform. This approach felt unprofessional and poorly handled. Due to these issues, we decided to leave the accommodation early. Based on the poor conditions, safety concerns, and the host’s conduct, I would not recommend staying at this property.

Really good communication with the owner, who could not have been more helpful. The apartment is in a great central location - literally only a few mins walk into the centre. I know Baden-Baden very well, as I have family who live here.

Location was superb: combination of living central but in a calm residential area with free parking

be prepared: there are some steps - heavy luggage will be a challenge :)

Spacious apartment, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and easy-going. Very good for children - has a nice kid's bedroom, cot, high-chair and potty.

Lots of steps to get to the property! This was unavoidable as Baden-Baden is very hilly, but wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility issues.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the Caracalla Spa and an easy walk into town (a little harder walk back - Baden-Baden is hilly!). It is light and airy with lovely big windows, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful. A good base for our family holiday.

We were charged €20 for use of the washing machine, which was in a shared basement and had very limited drying facilities (one drying rack too small for a machine load). Although well equipped and comfortable, the apartment could in places use a little attention. There wasn't really a good place for us all to eat round the table together.

Large rooms, large balcony with pleasant view. Excellent location.

There are many steps to get to the apartment. Parking slots are not always available.
