Disappointing check-in experience

Good location, spacious apartment, good heating.

When we arrived at the property the host was not reachable neither by phone / e-mail nor via chat on booking app. Although the arrival time was precisely indicated we (including parents 70+ years old and 2 yo child) had to stand in front of the closed door without check-in instructions for more than one hour. Thanks to Booking support managed to finally reach out to the host alerting that their guests are not able to enter the accommodation. Cleanliness was disappointing (the floor was simply dirty) and one of the mattresses was not comfortable. Damaged kitchenware (frying pans) to the extent you can’t really use those.

Apartment was otherwise neat and beautiful

Dishwasher was not clean. Dirty stagnant water when we opened the dishwasher . Refrigerator cabinet door needs to be fixed. The staircase railing was broken

Exceptional

The apartment was easy to find. It was very clean and was very nicely furnished. Having two bathrooms for our party of eight was very nice. It was an easy walk to down town and there was a grocery and a bakery within one block from the room. We would stay here again.

We hebben een leuke week gehad in Baden-Baden

Het was ruim en zeer proper. De ruimtes waren groot en er was voldoende kastruimte. Alles was voorhanden, koffiepads, kruiden

De sofa in de living was oncomfortabel en er was ook te weinig zitruimte in de living. We hebben dan de kuipzetels uit de slaapkamer in de living geplaatst. Ook wat betere uitleg over de koffiemachine zou handig zijn. Het appartement ligt ook in een donkere straat met slechte voetpaden maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen

Wir sind früher abgereist, da man nicht schlafen konnte.

Die Lage war ganz ok. allerdings gab es vor der Tür nie Parkplätze. Baden-Baden war sehr schön.

Die Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss und direkt an der Straße, sodass jeder der vorbei ging hineinschauen konnte, so musste man immer die Rollläden unten lassen. Die Gastherme mit Wasserboiler standen in einem der Schlafzimmer und es war unmöglich dort zu schlafen. Es fehlten ein Toaster, Müslischalen und einige andere Sachen in der Küche. Die ;Matratzen waren eine Katastrophe. Total durchgelegen. Die Parksituation war sehr angespannt. Das Haus sehr hellhörig. Hinter dem Haus konnte jeder Bewohner auf die Terrasse, sodass man auch dort immer alles zumachen musste. Wir fühlten uns sehr beobachtet und sind bereits 3 Tage früher abgereist. Keine Option mehr!

Tolle innenstadtnahe Wohnung. Alles in allem, absolut empfehlenswert!

Gute Lage, man ist in 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt gelaufen und hatte auch innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten einen Penny zum einkaufen. An der Straße kann kostenlos geparkt werden und wir hatten Glück direkt vor der Haustür einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und es wurde immer schnell geantwortet.

WLAN war leider instabil und nur im Wohnzimmer nutzbar, wo die FRITZ!Box stand. Ein Besen oder Staubsauger wäre noch super gewesen, bei einem kleinen Krümelmonster wie unseres ;-) Außerdem fehlte ein Geschirrtuch in der Küche zum Abtrocknen.

Gruppo di 5 persone, due madri e tre figli Appartamento pulito Confortevole Spazio adeguato a garantire la privacy di tutti Cucina attrezzata w comoda Bella lav terrazza protetta con pavimento in legno Lavastoviglie frigorifero microonde lavatrice bollitore e macchina per ik caffè hanno reso estremamente comoda il soggiorno. Posizione perfetta a ridosso del centro Mezzo pubblici a meno di 300 mt Market e altri servizi molto comodi Torneremo sicuramente.. Baden Baden e l'alloggio... Una piacevole sorpresa!

Le finestre a piano terra... Ampie.. Che davano direttamente sulla strada.. Ma con tende e tapparelle problema risolto. Inoltre strada poco trafficata e con molta tranquillità

Lo más aceptable la ubicación y el baño estaba muy bien y la cocina también.

Las almohadas no son adecuadas, la cama de una habitación incómoda, y la otra es una cama de nido grande que no permite salir al que duerme al lado de la pared . Faltaban toallas grandes solo había una pequeña de lavabo para casa uno , escasas y justas.

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kaffeekanne passte nicht unter die Kaffeemaschine. Der Fernseher empfing keine Sender.
