Overall, great location, responsive and caring host, clean space, and safe neighborhood.

The property is in a great location within walking distance of the Kurhaus and right by the beautiful Russische Kirche. There was a secure garage spot to store our mid sized SUV, and the building felt very safe. Our host met us for check in and explained in detail how to get in & out, as well as how to use everything in the rooms. Overall, great location, responsive and caring host, clean space, and safe neighborhood. I recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay close to the beautiful centre of Baden Baden.

Location was good and size was nice for a family.

Bathroom was small, especially the shower. Nowhere to store bags after check out.

Spacious, clean, comfortable

Funky way to return keys. You have to leave parking, go back to the apartment and then leave on the opposite street, making it awkward. Also you either transfer payment to a German bank which I had no idea how to do, or bring cash. Credit cards are not an option

Location, it was within walking distance from markets and places of interest

toilet, house was old and needs maintenance . the owner was very non-cooperative and never responded in time. The above was my initial review posted. On seeing this, the host had sent me objectionable & unacceptable sms on my mobile. His messages were so insulting & derogatory that they cannot be posted on this forum.

Sehr gute Lage: Das Apartment liegt super nah an der Lichtentaler Allee und dem Stadtzentrum. Es ist ansprechend und komfortabel, hell, blitzblank, angenehm und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der große Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf elegante Villen. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es hätte nicht besser sein können - würde gerne wiederkommen.

Absolut enttäuschende Erfahrung. Direkt nach der Buchung kontaktierte mich der Gastgeber und behauptete, es gäbe ein Problem mit dem Apartment. Er bot mir eine Alternative an, die jedoch eine Stunde vom Zentrum entfernt lag – völlig inakzeptabel für meine Pläne. Besonders dreist war der Versuch, mich dazu zu drängen, die Reservierung selbst zu stornieren, damit er keine Verantwortung übernehmen muss. Zum Glück hat der Kundensupport von Booking.com das Problem gelöst und mich entschädigt. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut unseriös und gastunfreundlich. Ich kann diesen Gastgeber keinesfalls empfehlen!

Super tolles Apartment in einer ruhigen Straße mitten in Baden Baden!

Der Eigentümer hat sich sehr große Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns problemlos bei der Ankunft zurechtfinden konnten. Das Apartment hat eine Top Lage in Baden Baden (Freibad mit Bademantel zu erreichen), es befindet sich in einem super gepflegten Haus und die Ausstattung ist ,,super“ komplett! Garage vorm Haus. Wir können das Apartment wirklich ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes glücklicherweise nur Sonnenschein und der große Balkon bekommt sehr viel Sonne ab….da fehlte uns der Sonnenschirm! Ist aber mit den Eigentümer geklärt….sollte in Zukunft vorhanden sein!

Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Baden-Baden. Sowohl die Lage des Apartments als auch die Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber stets bemüht dem Gast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Räume waren sehr komfortabel, das Bett sehr gemütlich. Dies war bereits mein 3. Ausflug nach Baden-Baden und bisher mit Abstand die beste Wohnung. Ich kann jedem ans ❤️ legen hier zu nächtigen.

Легкий процесс check-in. Удобное расположение недалеко от центра. Тихий район. Хороший дом, в котором располагается квартира. Есть лифт. Квартира просторная, места хватает для 4-х человек. Пытались сохранить old style, магнитофон, шкаф с книгами придает квартире шарм

Немного устаревшая техника (чайник, тостер). В телевизоре нет системы смарт тв, я понимаю, что хозяева стараются придерживаться своего стиля, но с обновленной техникой апартаменты были бы намного удобнее. На фото на сайте заявлено, что есть еспрессо машина, но по факту ее не было. Именно кухня требует небольшого обновления, так как мебель не первой свежести. Также система оплаты не совсем удобная, если вы не жители Европы, то наверняка столкнетесь с трудностями перевода денег на европейский счет
