Wonderful stay

In the center of the town, close to the thermal bath, very quiet, magnificent view, above rooftops, nice terrace. Well equipped, nice bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful

Lovely spacious apartment with quality furnishings and kitchenware. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, easy walking distance to buses and the spas. Great communication with the host.

Steps from the town to the apartment are steep, but a great way to walk off all the delicious food available in town.

Clean property and conveninent location

Very clean property, located in city centre, conveninent and easy to find food and drink. Easy to get to public transport. The owner is very helpful and anser the questions promptly.

The low ceilings. We stay in third floor and the ceilings the room are very low (we don't know what the condition of the other appartments are), in particular the height from floor to ceiling beam lower than 2m. My husband is 6.8 ft tall and he had to walk with head down in the property all the time.

Appealing modern decor, well furnished, good location -we would stay here again.

This apartment had an appealing modern decor with colorful artworks. We received the door code via text and then our key was on the apartment door. The proximity to old town Baden Baden, transportation options, restaurants, and tourist info made this a great location and good value. The roomy kitchen was well furnished with appliances and pots and pans…. Be aware that it is a short steep climb up some stairs from the main town square. This was not a problem for us and in fact for being close the town square, it was a quiet location

Perfect, in every possible way

The ease in which all the admin was handled. Sabine, the Host, was fantastic in all communications. The Apartment was spacious and spotless in a fantastic location. We WILL be booking the ESPIRIT again .

Excellent Apartment

The property was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. There were lots of fresh towels, plenty of space to hang clothes - as well as plenty of decent coat hangers! - a very comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen and great shower. Hairdryer and iron are provided. The apartment is in a nice area very near the Main Street and places to eat as well as the Caracalla spa but is very quiet. There is a washing machine room in the adjacent building which also had a dryer. The stairs are quite narrow but there was a small lift so no problem getting access. The whole check in process was smooth and Sabine was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, in every way

The Apartment was so clean and roomy. So much attention to detail from the kitchen utensils to the artwork in and around the property. The admin / liaison with Sabine (owner) was very easy and expertly handled . The location = perfect, 200 mtrs down either steps or the slope in the road to be right in the middle of Town (yet the property is sufficiently set back to not attract any noise ) . I would SO return here if I travel to Barden again . Thank you Sabine, we totally enjoyed our 4 night stay 😊

10+ either way you look at it. A+ Host, space, beds, wifi, location and more.

Sabine has a great spacious appartment to offer and has spoiled us with great bonuses such as really good coffee and chocolates. There are also enough towels in the appartment to go lots of times to the baths. Few minutes away from everything central, what could you possibly want more? Left super happy and the over the top gesture that Sabine did was to post my mother's swimsuit via mail, because my mother forgot it in the appartment. Really A+ 10+ from any possible point of view. Did i mention the comfortable beds and speedy wi-fi?

Schönes Appartement in der Altstadt von Baden-Baden

Die Wohnung ist wegen des Altbaus etwas verwinkelt, aber alles ist top renoviert und die Wohnung hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Obwohl man quasi mitten der Altstadt ist, ist es dennoch schön ruhig und die Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Baden-Baden zu erkunden.

Alles sehr gut, ordentlich und super ausgestattet, auch im 4.Stock schöne Dachterasse - Appartment und Kommunikation hinterlassen einen professionellen Eindruck. Vielen Dank

Treppenhaus modern aber etwas eng (bin über 1,90m gross) und in der Strasse vor dem Haus nicht viel Platz um Gepäck abzuladen. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten worauf man sich einstellen kann und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Alles war perfekt zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral in der Nähe der Hauptstrasse, der Bäder und der Museen und Parks. Parkhaus befindet sich in der Nähe. Die Wohnung (Nummer 2) war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Gutes Geschirr, genug Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle und Spülmittel in der Küche. Einige Vorräte (Kaffee, Zucker) waren vorhanden. Alles funktionierte tadellos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gastgeberin hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft wieder nutzen bzw. buchen.

Очень просторная, комфортная, чистая квартира со всем необходимым, с идеальным месторасположением. Нам все очень понравилось. Хозяйка была всегда на связи. Помогла с парковкой автомобиля. Подземный паркинг расположен в 300 метрах. Рядом с апартаментами (в 50 метрах) бани Фридрихсбад и Бани Каракала. Апартаменты располагаются в самом центре города. До музея Фаберже рукой подать.

Mooi appartement met centrale ligging

Groot en net appartement met super centrale ligging. De spa en het centrum waren slechts op een paar minuten lopen van de woning verwijderd. Uitchecken was om 11u.

Het was onduidelijk waar we de auto konden parkeren. Geen airco aanwezig.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und sauber eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Parkhaus befindet sich in der Nähe. Friedrichsbad ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir buchen diese Wohnung immer wieder und sind sehr zufrieden.

El cariño con que estaba cuidado y preparado el apartamento por parte de Sabine. Anfitriona de 10. Además de lo limpio que estaba, disfrutando de la terraza tras un día de turismo con esas estupendas vistas.

Perfekter Ausgangsort für den Besuch von Baden-Baden.

Das Apartmenthaus liegt in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Friedrichsbad, dieses Viertel ist - wie ganz Baden-Baden - wunderschön. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann zu allen interessanten Orten in der Stadt laufen. Das Apartment Nr. 4 hat einen guten Schnitt und ist sehr ansprechend möbliert. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer, so dass jede ihr eigenes Zimmer und Bett hatte. Es ist großzügig ausgestattet, z.B. gibt deutlich mehr als zwei Handtücher pro Gast. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, was aber kein Problem war: man kann die Räume dank Rollläden tagsüber verschatten. Zudem gibt es eine Klimaanlage und einen Ventilator. Wir haben nur Kaffee gekocht, aber die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet.

Long week-end relaxant dans un cadre très agréable (ville, thermes , forêt noire et appartement)

Logement idéalement situé près des thermes et de la vieille ville . Pour accéder au logement , les instructions données via la messagerie booking étaient très claires . Réactivité sans faille de la propriétaire . Ameublement de qualité , équipement complet et décoration agréable. Linge de maison et de toilette en quantité suffisante. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Rien mais s'il faut préconiser quelque chose , c'est peut-être de mettre des étiquettes sur les différents bacs de poubelles car le tri n'est pas identique pour chaque pays . Et stationnement gratuit "difficile" mais un parking payant se trouve très proche mais relativement cher ( 20 euros par jour).

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in der Nähe der Hauptstrasse, der Bäder und der Museen und Parks. Auch der ÖV (Bus) ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung (Nummer 3) ist grosszügig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche waren einige Vorräte (Kaffee, Zucker) vorhanden. Alles funktionierte tadellos, der Unterhalt der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wir hätten die Wohnung etwas früher übernehmen können und konnten auch noch über den Check out bleiben, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir haben mit der Wohnungsbesitzerin nur über den Booking-Chat kommuniziert, dies funktionierte aber sehr gut. Danke!

La anfitriona era encantadora, el apartamento estaba muy limpio, todo ordenado, comodidad absoluta, tenían café, cafetera y todos los utensilios de cocina. La ubicación es excelente, muchas toallas, y todo estupendo, lo recomiendo muchísimo !!

Ein sehr schöner (und definitiv wiederholenswerter) Aufenthalt in komfortabler Umgebung.

Ein angenehmes Apartment-Zimmer mit toller Lage in den kleinen Gassen Baden-Badens. Ein Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht über die Stadt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Mir fällt nichts ein, was hätte besser sein können. Meine Erwartungen wurden komplett erfüllt.
