Clean apartment for staying overnight. Close to a bus station and in a quiet area. Good speed of the internet.

The apartment has a strange layout. Two rooms are combined into one, which makes it inconvenient for a family. The soap shelf in the shower was broken. Instead of shower gel, there were two shampoo bottles. There were only hand towels. There was no microwave in the kitchen, and only a partially used roll of paper towels. Given the lack of a frying pan, the options for cooking in the kitchen were relatively limited. Half of the spoons, forks, and knives were broken: the handles had fallen off. There were also problems with the internet: only two devices could be connected. When I asked about this, the owner said that there was a problem with my phones and tablets. I managed to solve the problem myself by restarting the router.

Calidad-precio inmejorable.

Fácil aparcar, todo limpio y nuevo. Apartamento espacioso. Camas y almohadas nuevas. Tiene utensilios de cocina, cafetera, tostadora, microondas, fuego y además productos básicos de cortesía (café, azúcar, gel de baño, champú...)

La insonorización del techo. Se escuchan los pasos de los residentes de los pisos superiores. El WiFi tampoco funciona muy bien.

wir haben uns von dieser Unterkunft aus wunderbar zu den Highlights in Baden Baden bewegen können.

Direkt um die Ecke gibt es ein kleines Cafe und man kann wunderbar zu Fuß in die Stadt gelangen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone mit Sitzplätzen und ist insgesamt sehr geräumig. Unser E-Auto konnten wir direkt beim SWR gut aufladen.

Ponía que había lavadora y secadora y nada de eso. Nadie me dió indicaciones sobre qué hacer al llegar, tuve que llamar yo porque no contestaban los mensajes.Imposible para alguien que no hable en alemán o inglés...

Bien

Es cómodo y está limpio, el barrio es tranquilo y la terraza da la la casa de unas vecinas que tienen un patio precioso lleno de flores. El baño es genial y la cama cómoda.

Efectivamente el wifi no iba, como ya habíamos leído de la opinión de otro huéspedes, les escribimos y nos dijeron que la clave era la correcta, pero seguía sin ir. Al día siguiente vimos un repetidor en el pasillo, lo reseteamos y extendimos la atenta y arreglado. Aparcar llegada la noche se hace difícil. En realidad la cocina está en un pasillo amplio y no hay utensilios de cocinar, solo una cacerola y un cazo enano. La ubicación no muy buena. El sofá cama estaba duro, creo que le haría falta un colchoncillo. La lavadora es comunitaria y no nos molestamos en aprender a usarla.

Bella posizione, appartamento moderno e confortevole

Prenotato per due adulti e un bambino di 5 anni; quando siamo arrivati poiché c’era un divano letto ho chiesto tramite messaggio Booking di avere le lenzuola per preparare il letto al bambino oltre anche a richiedere un set di asciugamani. Non mi è stata data risposta!!! Mancherebbe una pentola per poter cucinare un secondo piatto.

Een fijne locatie, dichtbij het centrum. Veel ruimte en erg schoon. Fijn contact met het personeel ook wanneer ik ze nodig had!

Er zijn parkeerplaatsen voor de accommodatie maar snel vol. Dus als je wat later thuis komt is er geen parkeerplek meer. Na een telefoontje met het appartement mochten de auto eenmalig direct voor het appartement parkeren dus goed opgelost! Daarnaast waren de kussens erg zacht en het appartementencomplex een beetje gehorig

Buenos apartamentos, mal gestionados

El alojamiento en sí estaba muy bien. Estaba limpio y contaba con lo necesario, aunque no vendría mal alguna sartén más (hicimos pollo a la pancha en una cazuela).

La atención del personal. Cuando llegamos (puntuales) seguimos las instrucciones para poder obtener las llaves, introdujimos el código pero no funcionaba. Estuvimos llamando en repetidas ocasiones al hotel que gestiona estos apartamentos y no nos cogían el tlf. Decidimos coger el coche e ir hasta el hotel (10 min en coche). Una vez allí, dijeron que no sabían qué había pasado y nos dieron las llaves. Cuando llegamos de nuevo al apartamento, metimos las llaves y en nuestro apartamento había otra familia (ambas familias teníamos el llavero del apartamento 3)… Volvimos a llamar al hotel, ahora sí que nos lo cogieron, y nos dieron otro código con el que pudimos acceder a otro apartamento. Bastante caótico.

GENIAL PARA CONOCER LA SELVA NEGRA

Son unos estudios en Badem Badem, a unos 10-15 minutos andando del centro y con aparcamiento en la puerta o cercano gratis. Los estudios son nuevos y superlimpios y para conocer la selva negra es un punto muy bien situado. Tiene una cama doble supercomoda (doble pero con dos colchones separados) y un sofá cama muy bueno si vas con un niño o similar. Tiene una minicocina para tomar algo simple y una nevera pequeña. Suficiente para una cena con ensaladas o hacer una tortilla etc. Es muy tranquilo y se duerme muy bien. La sorpresa fue que nos dijeron al llegar que si habíamos al hotel dueño de los apartamentos teníamos el desayuno gratis del Buffet. Nos pareció raro pero fuimos el primer día y efectivamente estaba incluido. Una gente super maja y amable que nos atendieron como si fuésemos del hotel y todos los días fuimos a desayunar y es un punto ya que el desayuno era muy bueno y casi ya no comíamos después. Como allí hay que cenar entre 17 y 20 horas pues perfecto. El hotel estaba a 5 minutos en coche. No es para ir andando, eso si.

Solo por decir algo que no hay mesa alta para comer y dos sillas. Hay un sofá con una mesa bajita y una mesa debajo de la tele con una silla. No es un problema para nada, cenas en el sofá. Son estudios realmente para ver la zona unos días y no para estar un mes.
