Not recommend. Mould in the bedroom.

Good location, close to the centre.

In one of the bedrooms, the whole corner (from floor to ceiling is mouldy). To stop the smell of mould and dampness, an open bottle of perfume was placed in the corner. Most of the crockery was dirty and had to be rewashed before use. There were a lot of plastic boxes under the beds with the owners' old shoes and belongings. The fireplace could not be used. We took a deposit of 200 euros. In the flat a lot of breaking things, and already a little bit broken. So check everything before settling in, including sockets that fall out. The beds were frontless, meaning you see the iron black frame. The shoe cabinet was wobbling in different directions. Settlement: I warned in advance when I would arrive, they wrote to warn 30 minutes in advance. In the end, when checking out they wrote to me that I was late and I should be grateful that they did not charge me 20 euros for being late. Check-out: on the website check-out is 11:00 (I received a text from Booking in the morning). At 21:53 I got a text from the hosts that I should leave at 10:15-10:20. So the information provided on Booking is not true.

Bel appartement confortable et bien entretenu proche centre-ville et tout commerces, calme !

Le prix supplémentaire pour les draps et serviettes de bain 17€ par draps et 17€ pour le linge de lit et par personne soit 136€ en plus à payer je trouve cela excessif nous étions 4 personnes honnêtement pour 2 personnes cela devrait être inclus dans la location de base et je conçois un supplément pour 2 personnes supplémentaires mais 64€ euros pour 2 linge de bain et 2 draps et couvre lit c est vraiment cher Rien que pour cela je n y retournerai pas C’est vraiment dommage L appartement est top

Le personnel pas du tout honnête impolie vulgaire L'établissement ne correspond pas du tout au photo Nous avons dû refaire toutes la vaisselle pas de verre pour 4 personnes garde robe fermée j'ai dû mettre mes valises par terre nous avons carrément été mise à la porte après avoir reçu notre caution L'appartement n'était pas nettoyé plainte des porte plaine de poussière Tv aucun programme comme signalé Radio cd fonctionnant pas Une des chambres avec ondulateur qu on est venu retirer à 8h du matin ouvriers je trouve sa honteux et de plus SpaApartment il y'avait absolument rien

SCHIMMEL IN 1 DER SCHLAFZIMMER. AM ERSTEN ABEND KEIN WARMES WASSER ZUM DUSCHEN. DIE MATRATZE SEHR HART. EIN SELTSAMER GERUCH IM APPARTMENT. DER NAME iST IRREFÜHREND. KEIN SPA SONDERN EIN KLEINES BAD MIT DUSCHE. Das Sofa ist kein richtiges Schlafsofa. Ein paar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und etwas Tee wären gut gewesen. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel, so dass wir uns absprechen mussten. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher jeweils 17 € zusätzlich - reinster Wucher! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Durch Staus auf dem Hinweg sind wir erst gegen 21:00 Uhr angekommen. Die Dame für die Schlüsselübergabe hatte extra auf uns gewartet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles was sehr sauber. Zum Kongresszentrum war es nur einen Katzensprung.

Wir wollten Abends mal ein wenig Fernsehen allerdings ist die Programmauswahl sehr sehr klein, da kein HD-Receiver zu Verfügung steht.

Es una casa particular que está alquilada durante el período de vacaciones. Tiene muchos artículos personales por la casa y todos los armarios tienen candados, por lo que no se pueden utilizar. Hay dos mujeres que llevan el piso, fueron muy desagradables con nosotros. El trato fue horrible. Les pedimos una confirmación por entrega de la fianza y se negaban a darnoslo. Te dicen que hay muchas cosas de la casa que no se pueden utilizar. Las camas son muy antiguas y hay humedades por todas las paredes, que arreglan poniendo ambientadores pero el olor es muy fuerte. El baño es muy pequeño. El agua caliente funcionaba a ratos. Una estancia muy poco agradable, la casa es grande pero da miedo tocar cualquier cosa.

היה נחמד אם היה בדירה שמן זית לטיגון (נראה לי לא הגיוני לקנות בקבוק שלם של ליטר ולהשתמש ב-50 מ"ל ממנו בביקור). אני לא מרבה לשהות בחו"ל, אבל לפני שנה הייתי בדירה ברומא ובמקרר חיכו לנו מצרכים לארוחה קלה אחת (לחם יוגורט, גבינה, שוקולד נוטלה לילד, יוגורט לילד, קפה חופשי ממכונת הקפה). זה מאפשר לא לרוץ מייד לסופר לקניות.
