The friendly mail with instructions ... the code ... the lock box. That was the start. The location and apartment were, considering the fair price definitely good. The apartment is called a design-apartment, but the design part is more in the name. However it is spacious and clean and with two toilets, a bath and a shower perfectly well equipped for citydwellers.

Very spacious, good facilities and equipment

Everything was great, tv controls were slow and maybe need replacing, using this space to tell owner, it really wasn’t a big deal

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a hire car so the off-street parking was great. It was only a few minutes drive from the centre of town and the location was super quiet.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk into town. There is a small private terrace and the kitchen has a Nespresso machine and glasses, cups, plates, utensils, etc. - well furnished. There were drinks (2 beers, 2 waters) and some gummy bears (2 - 3 small packages), provided free of charge. The furnishings are nice and the bathroom is spacious, walk in shower with an overhead showerhead and a spray head that you can use in the holder or in your hand. The parking space (there are 3) was nice - not to small and under some trees so not directly in the sunlight. I spoke briefly with the owner, who was very nice and it was evident she has a good eye for detail to ensure a pleasant and nice stay!

Not a problem for us but to walk back from town you have to "climb" up either the stairs or through the street(s) or paths. It is a bit strenuous but it was not a negative factor for us.
