Fantastic location

The apartment was very well equipped and beautifully decorated. It had everything you needed including hair straighteners but unfortunately they didn't work 😔 Location is excellent.

The smell of cigarettes as soon as you walked in the front door and up the stairs wasn't too great, but we couldn't smell it in the apartment. Unfortunately the apartment above us were extremely noisy on both nights and they were up most of the night wandering around which led to a very very poor sleep for my husband and I.

Our only gripe we had was the pigeons. There was scaffolding at the bedroom window which the pigeons loved! Very early wake up call for sure.

Bowness, the flat that has everything

Beautiful flat, with everything you need, fabulous location, all you can ask for on a mini break really.

The music from the pub garden over the road was intrusive. This was until 10 pm every evening.

Parking was a little bit of a nightmare for us the first day we arrived as time of year (27/12) not the hosts fault but managed to get parked fine the next day and also one hour slots near by to be able to unload the car. The only slight down side is how easily you can hear noise in the hallway/stairs and out the back there is a takeaway/pubs etc this unsettled our dog a little (but she’s not used to exterior noise) but in all honesty for how busy it was around the sound wasn’t anywhere near as bad as we thought. And the location being so prime out weighs this!

Fabulously comfortable, convenient and gorgeous!

The apartment was extremely well located in the centre of the town yet surprisingly quiet and private. Everything went smoothly in terms of arrangements and the apartment was beautiful and clean. Our visit was fabulous and definitely enhanced by such a perfect place to stay.

Lovely apartment in prime location

Lovely decorated apartment in prime location. Easy to access and loved the thought gone into the little touches like hair dryer and straighteners, lovely hand wash and lotions and the dog bowls and biscuits in the cupboards. Had everything you needed to feel at home for a couple of nights.

We didn't know that the walls and ceilings would be quite thin, could hear the neighbours when they walked about and used the toilets. Also hadn't realised that the apartment was above a busy chippy and pub so the Saturday night was a little noisy but this didn't really deter from the experience we had. If there was a way to minimise hearing the noise this would have been great but again this wasn't a huge inconvenience and didn't ruin our experience

Property was great and very central - photos are accurate and there was plenty of space.

Public parking is close but is busy if you come back in the middle of the day - but we did stay in August.

Boutique bowness

Very good communication from host and couldn't get any closer to all bars/eateries but without the noise. It has all the amenities you'd need and was very cosy and a very welcome touch was a bottle of bubbly and card left for my wife's birthday 😁 would highly recommend and will be returning soon.

Lovely and relaxed

Lovely property and very nicely decorated, felt very cosy sat in front of the fake fire and big television, which was great due to poor weather conditions.

Only downfall really is there was a strong smell of cannabis coming from one of the other apartments, which isn’t a reflection on this beautiful place,

Amazing place with an amazing host

The host is really friendly and helpful. It was very clean and overall cosy. Directly in the middle of Bowness. Would recommend staying here any time. We're definitely coming back here. :)

Just a smaller thing: the bathroom sink didn't give any hot water, so maybe have a look into that. Overall, it is still very enjoyable and, of course, still worth staying!
