Perfect location, brilliant facilities with everything you need (full kitchen), everything is lovely and clean with easy contact and access to the property.

Excellent location close to lovely pubs/bars and the lake. On-site parking a bonus and a great host. Also a good Tesco within a few minutes walk for milk etc.
Looking a bit dated now, a few stains on carpets and fridge has no door shelf to store milk or bottles in. Nothing major could just do with a spruce up I think.

Nice, clean tidy room, in a great location.
Unfortunately the shower smell trap didn’t work properly so there was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom.
