Cute and cosy dog friendly apartment

It was very dog friendly and in a great location.

We struggled with the heating which wouldn’t have been an issue but we hit a cold spell with a yellow weather warning.

Lovely stay and excellent experience

Nice open space and the location was perfect

smell of damp, we found clothes that weren’t ours in the poof in the bedroom which were soaking wet when we found them, so maybe that’s the cause of the damp smell, we didn’t bin them as not ours to touch, overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to stay there if you want a central stay in bownes.

Warm welcoming and everything you could possibly need! 10/10

The apartment is beautiful. Its central and close to everything you could possibly need. The bed is comfortable and the apartment itself is so warm and welcoming. The Christmas decorations were up too so it absolutely was a great stay for us. The host is superb - it’s our second visit, there will definitely be more!

Lovely little apartment in perfect location

Great location, everything on your doorstep. apartment had everything we needed.

Smell of smoke in the property, no matter how much we left windows open we could still smell it, husband has asthma and was going for his chest. Also the bar downstairs had music blasting so couldn’t sleep until that stopped!

Great location, spotless clean, absolutely stunning decor and beautiful views of the village and Bowness church. Comfortable bed, nice big Tv, electric fireplace give nice cosy feeling. Very clear and easy check in. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a short stay in the lakes.

We loved the central location of the property and how modern it is. We stayed for a few days and managed to explore the lakes fully due to the central location. The hosts knew we were staying for our ‘mini-moon’ and kindly left us a card, some chocolates and a bottle of fizz which was a lovely touch.

There aren’t really any negatives with this property. The only issue was the lack of storage for clothes, we stayed for three nights so didn’t need much space to store things but feel that if someone is staying longer it would be nice to have a chest of drawers or bedside drawers to avoid living out of a suitcase. The addition of a footstool for the sofa would be a great addition too for relaxing in an evening.

That bed is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location was great. The design of the apartment was very well thought out. Good shower. The bathroom products were lovely. Loved the coffee machine. The crockery, cups and range of glasses were good quality. Enough cleaning products and tea towel provided. Whilst it over looked the main road and the Tap Room, it was still quiet in the evening with the windows closed. Mahoosive TV.

Wi-fi wax very slow. Wish I could have been able to connect the console to the TV but not able to reach USB ports as the TV was wall mounted. The TV is able to connect to Netflix and Prime Video which was great, but we couldn’t get it to work in the evenings. The signal strength kept dropping out. Could watch till mid afternoon though.

Location, location, location! Couldn't be handier but it's not just about that. The apartment is exactly as advertised, excellent facilities, modern, comfy, etc. Really good communication leading up to our visit from Jad, Easy instruction for key collection.

With it being on the 2nd floor potentially one or two steps too many for the less mobile, not an issue for us though. All the apartment was missing for us was an ironing board, we adapted though.

Luxurious, well appointed, stylish apartment in the heart of Bowness.

Beautifully decorated and appointed. Spotlessly clean, contained everything you would need for a luxurious stay. Beautiful view out of the windows. Great location for access to Windermere and beyond. Fabulous restaurants nearby.

We arrived Saturday afternoon (in august) and found parking a little tricky. Once we found a space, it was fine but it is a 3 minute walk from the property.
