The property is very clean, great location, safe area, staff were amazing and went above and beyond. All the amenities were appreciated too - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, filtered drinking water, pool towels etc.
I’m being extremely picky - the beds were a little hard for our liking and the shower pressure wasn’t strong enough for us. Again, this is just me being picky.

Ample space for large families.
There were a family of cats living within the premises on roof and under the rooms, which caused some nuisance as they would be scurrying for food from the rubbish and even ate our pizza that we left on the table barely a few minutes. Also the living room lights, fridge, water dispenser were down as circuit broke when we were out in the day and by the time we reached back, food in fridge had spoilt and had to wait an hour for the staff to arrive to turn on. Staff was responsive but could be improved if they had the circuit breaker in a more accessible location for guests. The street area is very dark as we enter the villa area.
