recommend this hotel especially if travelling alone - very quiet and cheap but clean and comfortable

staff are just lovely - will try meet all requests room nice and big with good aircon loved the pool - not really suitable for kids here very comfortable breakfast good very quiet area - good coffee shop nearby nice big bar fridge

didnt like the slippery tiles all around the pool and steps - but this is common in Bali couldnt get a coffee during the day - need to open bar area :)

Really lovely stay.

Lovely chill place with attentive staff. 10 mins walk to beach. Tucked away from the hustle of the main road. Very tasty breakfast options and great coffee. The pool was lovely, just outside our door. They organized drivers for our stay.

There is a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom but I have noticed this around Bali in general. I don’t think it is the hotels fault

Comfortable and thoughtful provisions like beach towel and basket bag for the towels, handy to bring to the beach and sit on.

Small, intimate little “resort” great for short or long term holiday, in the middle of Seminyak, surrounded by great res

Small collection of separate rooms with bedrooms,a sitting area and bathroom with a pool outside the unit. Excellent location in Seminyak. Breakfast was also very good, and after 3 visits the coffee was finally very good. Staff are some of the best we have had the pleasure of knowing. Australian owners who are hands on with the daily running of the business. Did I say staff are wonderful!

Everything was perfect~comfy beds Nice and quiet, close to everything needed! Only a min away from chemist,supermarket,massage,restaurant,bars,shopping…great place to stay and will stay again! Staff were amazing coffee at breakfast was great too I asked to have my friends bed done for her bday an they were able to help me set up this surprise

No bacon at breakfast~would have been nice to have a treat on holiday of a “full” cooked breakfast…

Beautiful stay in Bali. Location is walking distance of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The staff was wonderful.

A gorgeous wee oasis in the heart of busy Seminyak!

If you are contemplating booking this property, you should! Firstly, the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Mikayla and Silvia really went out of their way to help us even prior to us arriving, the communication was top tier. We also had a minor issue with the room electricity, and they made sure it was fixed immediately, we were very impressed! We had a poolside room, room 3, and it was very private, I would book this room again in a heartbeat. Being able to step out into the beautifully clean pool was such a treat. The breakfast was lovely; the smashed avo with poached eggs was my favourite. Coffee was also great! The room was clean and was really spacious. The kimono and slippers were an added bonus, as was the smart TV. The aircon in the bedroom was fabulous, the best in our Bali trip. We loved our stay, the location was perfect, close to everything we needed, great staff, and we found it very quiet. We stayed for 4 nights but could easily stay for longer given all of the amenities the rooms have.

Everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. I extended my stay as a result and they were very accommodating. They helped arrange a tour for me which was very helpful. I loved the morning coffee, breakfast selection, and service.

Luxury, exquisite with great breakfast and excellent location

The room was amazing. We were in a 150 year old Chinese cottage that had been beautifully restored with a lovely central bed and excellent facilities. The bathroom was the best with excellent plush towels and a large shower with an overhead shower head. The bathroom was very spacious with large mirrors, benches, gowns, a safe and storage areas. The attention to detail of the whole suite was incredible. The breakfast was amazing with lovely eggs, fruit, smoothie bowls, juices and other options. Highly recommend the Dragon fruit kombucha.

Nothing at all. These people did such a good job. They even managed to achieve a nice quiet location that was a close walk to lots of exciting areas.

Nice, spacious accommodation with direct access to pool area. Clean, well maintained property. Only a few units, so personal attention is guaranteed without being overbearing. Nice breakfast options, all prepared individually. Definitely one of the best breakfast smoothies I’ve had.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming couldn’t do enough for you. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with it served to your room. Location was good just a 10 minute stroll to the beach. And bars and shops on your doorstep.

A nice, small hotel with a cozy atmosphere.

The room was amazing – spacious, comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool was great and the staff were very polite and welcoming.

Breakfast could be improved, as there were not many options and the portions were quite small. The serving time (8am–10:30am) also felt a bit late. The location is okay, though it requires a short walk to reach the beach and the nicer restaurants.

Amazzing place to stay in Semiyak

Amazing location, beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and honeslty best breakfast I've had in Bali. The rooms have a little "kitchen" area with a fridge, which is very helpful, especially since I was traveling with a toddler. The pool in nice and they provide a beach bag with towels in your room, as well as sleepers and robes.

Little oasis off the main beach road

Close to main beach road but it was like a little tropical oasis. It was peaceful and quiet the rooms are big with your own kitchen area with table and daybed. You are right next to a small swimming pool with the relaxing sounds of the waterfalls and also day bed's. The morning breakfast was good which you can in in your room. The bathroom is good too with a nice shower. The rooms also have beautiful tropical plants in them. The staff are friendly and it's an 8 to 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The lane to the property is a bit dark but apart from that nothing.

Nice but a bit too small to truly relax

Room was spacious, aircon great, location good.

A little dated - some areas could do with a refresher paint. The pool is VERY small and not enough room for sunbeds for all guests. A guest who didn’t book a poolside room was using the sunbeds directly in front of my room (and smoking) which defeated booking poolside. Breakfast was ok, smallish, but something was always cold. The breakfast area is very small, again people smoking whilst trying to eat.

I got the amazing room with balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Staff are great. Location is perfect, nice tucket away close to the center.

The swimming pool is pretty unusable. But now you have a good reason to go to the beach club with a swimming pool included.

Excellent small boutique style hotel

We had to book a place to stay last minute and luckily found their beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private pool. It was perfection. The bedrooms are both huge with air conditioning and ensuite. The pool is a great size for 4 people. The villa also comes with your choice breakfast menu delivered to you. We enjoyed our stay so much that I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for next time. The staff are so lovely and the location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the main road yet quiet at night.

The only thing might be that the rooms have high glass walls which might be too bright in the morning for some people. I just wore an eye mask so no problem.

Fantastic

It is a wonderful hotel!! The breakfasts were amazing!! Every day!! The room was very very clean. The pool was good too, with sun loungers by the pool. A fabulous place to stay. Fast internet as well. I was very impressed with the beach. It was cleaned up early every morning, with large machines taking away the rubbish and sand groomers working as well. The beach was fantastic. The hotel provided towels for the bathroom, other towels for the pool plus towels for the beach in an easy to carry bag. Very thoughtful
