Just an amazing experience. Fabulous service by all the staff, especially Yuli, Ilu and Lotus. Just beautiful people. It is Bali, so humid and lots of critters & wildlife, so took a couple of days to get used to, but then such a relaxing holiday sitting around the private pool. It is more rustic than overly sanitised, but that made no difference to our stay. Area is great, as it is close to a fairly busy street, but not too close. Noise was not an issue.

Dyana villa is a perfect place for a comfortable stay in Bali. It is centrally located and yet very quiet. We found it unique in terms of space, furniture and overall layout. There is an exclusive swimming pool inside the villa. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. They served us with welcome drink and asked for our breakfast choice.

Beautiful villa for adults and older children in a great location

The property was beautiful, had everything we needed and was in a great location.

The property is set up around the rooms so if you have little children they had to walk past the open pool to get to the other bedrooms, typical for Bali I understand but we ended up have the children sleep on mattresses in our room

The staff were amazing. Our neighbours were very noisy but the staff got into it quickly. The maid was awesome. Location excellent. Very clean.

Mattress in bedroom was old and hard. Sun loungers had no cushions making them incredibly uncomfortable.

Didn’t like how the lounge area wasn’t closed but gf to the outside . As I needed an area to stay in with AC I was bound to my room only which was ok but not ideal I would of rathered get out of bed during the day while I had my recover

Very spacious villa with space for everyone to chill. It really is a home away from home and so private. The in-house staff were beautiful and they were beyond helpful.

The bath towels have seen better days! Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to illness.

Paradise in Seminyak

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa, the pool was the largest we've ever had in Bali without having to share. Not overlooked at all. Breakfast were a great start to the day, cooked in our kitchen! Bedroom was large and the bed comfortable. Airconditioning worked great and the living spaces grand. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach

Smell that came from the bathroom was sometimes overwhelming, as often is the case in Bali

Luxury and relaxing

The Staff at Dyana Villas, we so pleasant and nice, They came in the morning to Make Breakfast, clean the room, pool, etc, but you wouldnt have even notice they were there. Private villas all to ourselves was just lovely, They Villa itself was fantastic, great location, it was down a lane way but supermarket, shops and restaurant were all in close proximity and security were so helpful anytime we have queries. I would advise anyone to stay here and we would love to go back

The property needs a renovation, it’s very dated. The doors to the rooms have gaps in between them meaning all the insects end up inside and you end up eaten by mosquitoes. The lounge room area is all open you definitely can’t sit there at night you’ll get eaten by mosquitoes and it’s too hot. You have to sit inside your rooms instead. Also the Main Street to enter through to get to the villa there’s a club right on the corner with pimps and lady boys outside standing in the middle of the street.

Enjoyed our stay

Met our expectations. Quiet and private but still close enough to the beach and places in Seminyak. Great space, basic self catering facilities, private pool.

Sun loungers and parasol showing signs of damage from normal wear and tear. On arrival I had to wipe down one of the lounger cushions because it was a bit dirty. This did not retract from the room being great value for money.

Spacious Villa, but worn out but overall ok

- got free upgrade to 4- bedroom villa from 3-bedroom one - nice although not used in our case - villa is spacious and in a rather quiet side street - pool is quite big and overall nice with two levels of depth which is cool for kids (staff even asked if we wanted it fences before we arrived for kids safety)

- we arrived around 8pm instead of 5pm (have informed reception via booking few hours in advance). Check in experience was literally non existent (I think only security was there). No one showed us around the villa. Just gave us the key and that was it. Security made fresh juice for us while we brought in our luggage but it tasted awful as if fruit had gone bad. - Breakfast is mediocre. Nice to have the staff (very kind ladies!) cook it in the morning, yet this is what you get in most villas in Bali. Quality of the breakfast is mediocre but probably average for Bali - pancakes quite thick and with loads of sugar (we told them not to put sugar after 2 days), cheap toast bread, fresh juices made with sugar (we were positively surprised on Day 1 how sweet and good the watermelon is until we realised they just put quite some sugar in on Day 2) - floor was dirty - both bedrooms and open living room(regularly swept but would suppose rather not mopped at all) - privacy - now not a big issue for us (families with kids) but young couple should be informed. You have breakfast staff coming in at given time (1h before the given time), then we had some days pool staff coming in to clean pool (while we are there and unannounced). I found the latter quite peculiar.
