Villa VALARI - Seminyak Legian - 5 Bedrooms

De centrale locatie.

Het meubilair was niet comfortabel, zowel binnen als buiten.

The team really looks after you. Any drama wasn’t an issue. They normally came straight away. Had a small issue with the Wi-Fi which was rectified by the Manager within an hour. Really really happy with this day. Great value for money.

There was nothing not to like about the property. It was really good. Even get a security guard at night.

Willy the Manager was great! Went over and above. Villa was clean and well presented. In-house breakfast was lovely. Situated in amongst cafes, shops, pampering and bars walking distance to beach or small commute. Thankyou - we had a lovely stay!

Lounge furniture was a little uncomfortable, outside could do with a little more shade - but overall a great setup!

The breakfast was expensive at A $ 10 per person. Mist of the cafe's had breakfast at A 8-10/person.

We booked and paid in advance for 10 guests, although only 8 eventually confirmed. This change was communicated to the hosts on 28/08/25. Technically, we were eligible for a credit for the 2 guests who didn’t attend, but we informed the hosts that we were still happy to pay for all 10. We were told that if we wanted the credit, we should request it via Booking.com, but we chose not to pursue it. However, on the day of checkout, we asked for a late checkout at 12:00 PM (just one hour past the standard time of 11:00 AM) and were charged IDR 300,000 for this. Given that we had voluntarily waived the credit for 2 guests, we found this charge unnecessary and disappointing. We were also told we could stay until 2:00 PM if we paid IDR 1 million, this indirectly conveyed that there was no incoming guest that day. This left us with a very sour impression, and all 8 of us felt that the management was overly money-focused and inflexible. In terms of facilities, the villa had only three pans, which was insufficient for a large group. The only kitchen knife was blunt, though a new one was provided upon request. There were no bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Also, the cleaners did not show up on Monday (the third day), even though we only requested them to skip cleaning on the second day. Overall, our experience was not up to expectations, and we do not plan to return to this villa. Hard to believe that the above shortcomings had not been conveyed to Booking.com by any of the previous guests.
