Fantastic location. Perfect set up for our group of 11 people. Pool was great too! Beds comfy, bathrooms lovely. Kitchen very well set up.

A few more lounges would be good for larger groups.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable and no shade in the pool

Wonderful Villa, perfect for our group. The pool was fantastic and the location was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very clean and serviced daily. We used the villa driver a few times and their service was amazing. Villa staff were also all very nice. Highly recommended.

The wifi dropped out one day, but a quick message to the villa manager sorted it all out very quickly. Within 10 minutes they were on site and it was resolved.

The breakfast was expensive at A $ 10 per person. Mist of the cafe's had breakfast at A 8-10/person.

We booked and paid in advance for 10 guests, although only 8 eventually confirmed. This change was communicated to the hosts on 28/08/25. Technically, we were eligible for a credit for the 2 guests who didn’t attend, but we informed the hosts that we were still happy to pay for all 10. We were told that if we wanted the credit, we should request it via Booking.com, but we chose not to pursue it. However, on the day of checkout, we asked for a late checkout at 12:00 PM (just one hour past the standard time of 11:00 AM) and were charged IDR 300,000 for this. Given that we had voluntarily waived the credit for 2 guests, we found this charge unnecessary and disappointing. We were also told we could stay until 2:00 PM if we paid IDR 1 million, this indirectly conveyed that there was no incoming guest that day. This left us with a very sour impression, and all 8 of us felt that the management was overly money-focused and inflexible. In terms of facilities, the villa had only three pans, which was insufficient for a large group. The only kitchen knife was blunt, though a new one was provided upon request. There were no bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Also, the cleaners did not show up on Monday (the third day), even though we only requested them to skip cleaning on the second day. Overall, our experience was not up to expectations, and we do not plan to return to this villa. Hard to believe that the above shortcomings had not been conveyed to Booking.com by any of the previous guests.
