Great Villa for large group and great location!

Great location, lovely and spacious villa! Pool was great and staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Security at night an added bonus!

Excellent Villa

Wonderful Villa, perfect for our group. The pool was fantastic and the location was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Very clean and serviced daily. We used the villa driver a few times and their service was amazing. Villa staff were also all very nice. Highly recommended.

The wifi dropped out one day, but a quick message to the villa manager sorted it all out very quickly. Within 10 minutes they were on site and it was resolved.

Disappointing.

The breakfast was expensive at A $ 10 per person. Mist of the cafe's had breakfast at A 8-10/person.

We booked and paid in advance for 10 guests, although only 8 eventually confirmed. This change was communicated to the hosts on 28/08/25. Technically, we were eligible for a credit for the 2 guests who didn’t attend, but we informed the hosts that we were still happy to pay for all 10. We were told that if we wanted the credit, we should request it via Booking.com, but we chose not to pursue it. However, on the day of checkout, we asked for a late checkout at 12:00 PM (just one hour past the standard time of 11:00 AM) and were charged IDR 300,000 for this. Given that we had voluntarily waived the credit for 2 guests, we found this charge unnecessary and disappointing. We were also told we could stay until 2:00 PM if we paid IDR 1 million, this indirectly conveyed that there was no incoming guest that day. This left us with a very sour impression, and all 8 of us felt that the management was overly money-focused and inflexible. In terms of facilities, the villa had only three pans, which was insufficient for a large group. The only kitchen knife was blunt, though a new one was provided upon request. There were no bins in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Also, the cleaners did not show up on Monday (the third day), even though we only requested them to skip cleaning on the second day. Overall, our experience was not up to expectations, and we do not plan to return to this villa. Hard to believe that the above shortcomings had not been conveyed to Booking.com by any of the previous guests.

The villa was a great find, value for money. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The villa was lovely and very spacious. There were 4 couples and more than enough space for all of us, each with king bedrooms and ensuites. The outside garden was great and the pool fantastic.

I found the mattress in the main bedroom a little hard. Could do with mattress toppers. Also asked housekeeping if I could get a feather pillow as I found these hard, however no options.

Perfectly adequate for a quick stay in Seminya.

Location. My son was ill when we were checking out and host allowed us to stay longer so he could sleep a bit longer.

No amenities to use in the bathroom (shower gel etc). Strange to take a cash deposit when we arrived and said we would only get it back if there were no stained sheets or broken glasses.

The pool was brown when we arrived, staff were working on it so we could swim the next morning as it cleared up our grandkids were sad that they couldn’t swim straight away as we were also.when our grandkids and grandfather did get to swim next day they got a terrible burning rash so they only swam a couple of times as each time it brought the rash on, we ended up paying to go to beach clubs to swim.one other thing, I think the bath towels should be changed sooner than every 3days and also face washers should be available. Very surprised that there was only wine glasses (4) Putu went and bought more and no hair dryer in any rooms Putu also went and bought one which we had to share between 7 people also no Prosecco glasses at all

The villa was well located, clean, suited our needs perfectly as we were travelling with a group. I would highly recommend this property
