AB Villa & Apartments

Had an amazing stay at AB apartment ! The place was recently renovated and looks great—modern, clean, and super comfortable. It’s in a quiet spot but still close to the beach, cafes, and nightlife. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and everything was well set up for a comfortable stay. Loved having a kitchen to prepare our own meals and enjoy coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The terrace with an amazing whirlpool to chill and watch sunset, whilst in total privacy. Great kitchen and shower. The living room newly renovated with all glass windows and blackout curtains for privacy.

Spacious place in a good location. Big bathrooms with bright lighting. All necessities included. 24 hour security in a quiet location.

The wooden flooring outdoors had a few broken parts which isn’t great for little ones. A few things needed fixing - one of the showers, a cupboard door and a drying rack - but the staff were friendly and worked hard to fix any issues. There was also some light building work, that was ongoing throughout our stay, so they gave us a discount which we appreciated as a thoughtful gesture. The pool only gets sunlight between 11.30am and 2.30pm. Aside from this, we were really happy. The staff were all kind and the place was quiet at night with 24 hour security.

Proximity to Seminyak. Generally in excellent condition. Property management quick to respond when contacted.

Shower pressure was poor. Lounge room aircon was faulty and not replaced until the last day of my stay. Spa chemical was not balanced properly causing itichyness. Access to property upon arrival was not organised. Wireless internet could be improved.
